Sink into the master bedroom's king adjustable bed, where the royal treatment includes a Toto Washlet Toilet and a porcelain tub. From Corin: I moved to South Tampa a little over 2 years ago and this was my very first house. I immediately fell in love with the magnificent Oaks and Palm Trees on the property, the natural sunlight and my favorite part, that through every window, I felt transported into a jungle.

The interior didn’t match my preference so I underwent a full renovation, gutting the primary bathroom & kitchen, removing walls, and much much more. It was a project that I share on Whispering Oak Sanctuaries social media.

Originally stemming from NYC I built it to be my sanctuary, and as an avid traveler myself, I built it knowing that one day I would share my home with you. Tampa has been the best adventure of my life and I didn’t think this day would come so soon.

Over the past two years I met the love of my life, got engaged and while still in Tampa, moved into our very first home, together. It’s time for the next adventure. Professionally, my background is in Early Childhood Education and it’s my dream to one day open early childhood programs that make high quality education available to all.


While hospitality is not part of my formal education, I have been traveling the world since a child, some of my favorite places being Switzerland, South Africa, Japan, Greece and many more. My goal with Whispering Oak is to take everything I have learned and to create the best experience for you, your family and your friends.


Funny Fact: On a trip to Japan, I saw a Toto Toilet for the first time and pledged that when I have my own house, I am getting on. In the remodel of Whispering Oak Sanctuary, installing a Toto was a non negotiable for me.
