Welcome to The Ralston Mountain Retreat, - a quiet, roomy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cabin with a loft for overflow guests in the heart of Tahoe Donner

Located in Tahoe Donner, a planned community with a wealth of amenities to enjoy. Easy access to major Tahoe ski resorts including Palisades and Northstar in the winter and a championship golf course and private Marina/Beach club in the summer!

Overview
- Front door is accessed through a covered walkway (perfect for snowy days and all your gear) or directly from the garage to the lower bedrooms
- Upstairs is the living room, large kitchen, half-bath, and primary bedroom with a full bath and walk-in closet
- Downstairs are two more bedrooms with a shared second bath.
- The downstairs guest rooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single sink
- in addition to the guest rooms, there is a loft overlooking the living room with a futon sleeper couch and sleeping pads - a perfect hideaway sleeping space for the kids

The main living area includes:
-open concept floor plan
-a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area and living room.
-a dining area with seating for six to eight (10 if you squeeze) plus counter seating for four
-high vaulted ceilings and full-length windows bring in lots of light to the living room
-large deck that looks out onto the forest with table seating for six and a gas BBQ
-large flat screen TV
-comfortable seating for relaxing and enjoying TV or family activities

Bedrooms features:
- High quality mattresses and bedding to ensure a good night's sleep
- Primary bedroom features a king size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet and deck
- Downstairs bedroom features a queen bed
- Bunk beds in the kids room along with a queen bed so the whole family can be together
- Large flat screen TV in the bunk room so the kids can watch their shows

On-site amenities include:
- TV/DVD/Cable/Phone and high speed wireless internet
- Woodburning stove in the living room for a cozy evening with friends.
- Central forced air furnace with two heating zones to ensure comfort both upstairs and downstairs

The Ralston Mountain Retreat is only 10 minutes from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski area, a fantastic cross country ski center, a sledding hill, small market/deli, and Recreation Center.

The Recreation Center offers hot tubs, heated pool, fitness center, saunas, and health spa. Other amenities include tennis courts, downhill and cross country ski resorts, equestrian center, 18-hole Champion course and driving range, a public restaurant (The Lodge at Tahoe Donner), and a private beach and marina on Donner Lake. In the winter there is also a sledding hill for inner tubing! Your rental of The Ralston Mountain Retreat includes access cards for the Tahoe Donner Recreation Center resident amenities for a nominal charge per person.

Tahoe Donner is conveniently situated at the upper west end of Truckee and is just minutes to downtown shopping and restaurants. Ski area resorts including North Star at Tahoe, Palisade, Sugar Bowl, Boreal Ridge, Soda Springs, Donner Ski Ranch, and Royal Gorge Cross Country Center are just a short 15-25 minutes away.



The driveway can hold up to 4 cars. There is a 2 car garage. A snow removal service will clear the drive way any time there is significant snowfall. The backyard is slightly sloped making for a great “ at home” sledding hill for the kids! Hot Cocoa courtesy of Mom and Dad!
