SLEEPS 13. The Back Bay Bungalow House is located on a 2 acre peninsula with 3 other vacation bungalows that is across the bay from Ocean City, MD. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, 1 bedroom that can be 1 king or 2 twins, and 1 bedroom with a full/twin bunk. There is a large front porch overlooking the water with amazing sunrises and a screened in back porch for relaxing and family dinners. Amenities on the property include boat dock, boat ramp, kayaks, fire pit, sandy play area, hammocks, corn toss, outdoor ping pong, volleyball and more. There are 4 bathrooms, washer and dryer, full living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and flat screen TV's in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans and small appliances. There is a gas grilll and picnic table outside.

Great place to stay!

This was the greatest place we have ever rented. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! We were greeted upon arrival and they could not have been more accommodating! We will definitely be returning next year!

Best family vacation ever!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. Family oriented, serene setting with water views from every room. The location is perfect. The property is immaculate. The home is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We recommend Back Bay Bungalows to anyone and everyone who want to spend an unforgettable family vacation.

Beautiful and private

The property and the house were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped, they had toilet paper and hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms. The owners/managers were on site and very responsive. It was a nice, quiet getaway. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful place to stay

A group of friends and I went down for cruise weekend 2018. We absolutely loved our stay in the house, it's a very beautiful house. Only about 10-15 mins to coastal highway but it's away from the noise which was very nice. The people were awesome, always there if you needed anything and so friendly. We very much enjoyed the boat launch and dock. Overall it is a wonderful place to stay, we look forward to staying there again.

Beautiful Escape!

Our vacation was wonderful. The main cottage had everything we needed. We enjoyed our time on the front porch nightly watching the peace and serenity of the water before us! Using the kayaks shared between the houses was always easy and there were plenty! The beds were all comfortable! We loved our stay and would love to come again one day!

Wonderful place

Fabulous! Amazing! Peaceful!

Debbie and her mother made us feel right at home. The house was beautiful and right on the bay. It had everything we could possibly need. It was wonderful having coffee either on the porch sitting in the rocking chairs or on the back porch. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

Back Bay Fun

Our trip was great! The house was beautiful and had enough room for the family. The house was in a quiet area and great for our kids to run around. The kids loved trying to catch crabs and jellyfish. We all used the kayaks and enjoyed the area and finding new spots to see. Bill and Evelyn were great and were like family to us. They made sure we had everything we needed and we had some good laughs. Hoping to come back next year.

A Hidden Gem in West Ocean City!

This property is amazing! Our family of three generations enjoyed everything about our stay! The main house is so spacious, we had no problems with crowding even the few days we were at full capacity. Never ran out of hot water!! What a plus! Use of a grill, fire pit, kayaks, volleyball and plenty of other amenities made it a fabulous experience! The front porch with rockers and the back porch with table/chairs and a couch were both utilized heavily throughout our week... great places to relax! Bill and Evelyn were awesome!! Friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Only regret... that we didn't buy a boat (or jet skis) before our trip! Kind of an inside joke, but the access to the water is perfect, and it would have been a blast to utilize it more! We have family in West Ocean City who were able to come over for dinner by boat! Overall a great experience, awesome property, and fabulous hospitality!

Perfect Golf Weekend House

Myself and 10 other young professionals (late 20s/ early 30s) spent a late August weekend at this waterfront house for a golf outing. The house was so spacious and very well kept. The property caretakers were very friendly, helpful, but also were not intruding on our space at all. For the price, this beats staying in Ocean City, for the peace, quiet and relaxation, this beats staying in Ocean City. We took an Uber car service from the house to Ocean City and it cost $15 each way. Next golf outing, we will be back, staying here was a no brainer. Thanks for the great stay!!!

Big very clean house felt like I was right at home!

Me and my family had a awesome time the house is so nice it felt like home lots to do also boating fishing crabing the house has a sun pouch and two grills I highly recommend this house to vacationers and I give it a 5 star rating I would like to stay again next year

Great time well worth the trip!!!!!

We fell in love with this place! The house is spacious and clean. The kids loved all the things they had access to kayaks, volleyball and corn hole. We adults loved the piers for our so called luck for fishing but when it came to crabbing we hit the jackpot everyday. I would definitely make plans to go back!!

We love it!!! The kids enjoyed them self so much to do . We loved it!!! The pier quiet peaceful to do our crabbing and fishing. We had crabs daily and the kids and the grandparents got into it too. Definitely will be back

Best place to stay near Ocean City MD

I have no complain to this property. The location, layout and amenities are accurately described online. The house is clean and well maintained. The owner Debbie Maxwell and Eve (Caretaker/Mother) are very nice people. They're very quick to respond to any inquiriy prior and during stay. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and relatives.

Back Bay House

My family stayed in the Main house at Back Bay Bungalows last June, 2014. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room! The house has a nice kitchen and dining room table. Although, we ate out in the screen porch off the dining room almost every night. There is even a comfy wicker sofa out there! There is a master bedroom and bath on the first floor and an additional bathroom and laundry off the kitchen area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The front porch is so inviting with rocking chairs overlooking the bay. Just beautiful! The caretakers Bill and Eve are wonderful people and became our friends by the end of the stay. Bill made a fire pit out in the backyard so we could have our own private fire and visit with relatives that were also in OC that week. He also taught our son how to clean the crabs while they are alive and then freeze them. We brought bags of crabs back to CT with us! We booked for 2015 as soon as we came back!

VERY WELL KEPT!! AAA+++ FOR SUNRISE

Best value for the rental, property and stay. Mr. Bill and Mrs. Evelyn are like staying with family they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Bay is beautiful having use of kayaks are a big plus. Felt like being home away from home.

Great vacation site

This house was perfect for our needs. Children, grandchildren and in-laws. Plenty of room to accommodate everyone easily. Beautiful setting; it is hard to believe that a property this close to Ocean City was this serene and laid-back. Stunning views from a spacious front porch are hard to describe adequately. The caretakers were eager to please and made the stay most memorable. Good times.
