Art filled, contemporary and romantic three bedroom house in the beautiful gated community of Puerta Azul. Comfortable outdoor living area that is great for relaxing or entertainment with fountain, firepit, barbeque and outdoor seating and dining. Each bedroom has a different style - romantic (master bedroom with king and en-suite bathroom), contemporary bedroom with queen bed and a nature theme, cozy third bedroom with an iron, full sized bed with fireplace and warm furnishings. King and queen mattresses are tempurpedic. Kitchen, dining room and living room one large area which is great for entertaining with friends and family. Large flatscreen HD TV in both living room and master bedroom with DVD player. Smart Wifi TV for streaming only in Queen bedroom. Fast Wi-Fi internet access from Frontier. Two beautiful pool areas with outdoor hot tubs available in complex together with tennis court, bocce ball court, putting green, club house that has great lounge area, pool table, work out room, TV and Internet access. Just a few minutes from location of Coachella and Stagecoach events. Biking, hiking and tennis are great outdoor activities. Complex is surrounded by golf courses such as PGA West. Also close to Silver Rock, Polo grounds, El Paseo and the River and other great restaurants. Casinos a few minutes away with entertainment and venues for live shows. Lake Cahulla is nearby.

Debbie was very responsive to us! House was well kept , clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with basic kitchen stuff. Well stocked with cleaning supplies including the washer and dryer. There was even a backup battery for remote.We enjoyed the gas BBQ, yeah!!!!We appreciate the artfully interior. There were 5 adults and 2 well behaved dogs in our party and we all had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Location was great with access to nearby restaurants and ice cream. We did 2 day trips to Joshua tree national park.Highly recommend Debbie's La Quinta house.

Incredible stay!

This property was so beautiful, relaxing and fun! We have 3 kids ranging from a teenager to little ones and all three of them had a blast at the pools and the backyard. The house is so beautiful and full of gorgeous art work. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a Family Stay!

This home is very well taken care of and includes all of the items you will need to host friends or grill out for the family. We did a little of both. The community is very quiet, clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the desert.

Perfect for enjoying all La Quinta has to offer

This was my second extended stay at Debbie's property, and it was even better than my first! Debbie and her property manager are so easy to work with. The house and its patio, and the amenities of Puerta Azul provided a comfortable retreat for me and my dog. I hope to return in the future! Had a wonderful time!

This was our second year at Debbie's Puerta Azul condo. Once again we were completely satisfied. In the 9 years we've rented in the Desert, Debbie is by far the best owner we've worked with, as is her local Assistant, Candy.

Fantastic stay!

The host was fantastic! Very quick response to questions . The property is a good size. Close to the pool and hot tub. King size bed was extremely comfortable with nice duvet and sheets. Very well equipped kitchen, couldnā€™t think of anything it didnā€™t have. Would highly recommend Debbieā€™s property. We stayed 3 weeks and had an amazing time!

LOVELY AND PERFECT 4TH OF JULY GETAWAY

This slice of heaven was exactly what me and my dogs needed to get away from the fireworks. The property was very clean, comfortable and the owner was very quick in responding to my questions. The neighbors were also very quiet and kind and the location was close to the pool but still, away enough to have peace and quiet. I also loved the artwork! I would highly recommend for those looking for peace and quiet.

Perfect 4th of July getaway

Debbie's house was PERFECT for our 5 day getaway. The checkin process was effortless and Debbie's asst helped every step of the way. The house had everything we needed. No need to bring anything other than clothes and food. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, pool is close by, plenty of parking too. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will be staying again soon. Thank you Debbie and Nicky.

Great location for golf,Coachella, Stagecoach!

This is a very clean and comfortable accommodation. In a private community itā€™s very secure. We did not spend much time in the property because we were in a golf tournament. The ownership and management is very nice and communicative. The process simple. A big value.

Gorgeous Property!

This was our third stay in Puerta Azul and by far the best place we've stayed in. The property was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the property is so quiet! Great night's sleep! Perfect location to the pool and very secure and safe. We brought our small dog for the first time and he loved the enclosed back yard and spent many hours lounging among the flowers. Debbie and Nicky were great communicators. We will be back!

All Great

We had a great stay with our adult kids as a Coachella trip home base for them. We all loved being able to bring our family dog. Communication with owner Debbie was super easy. Property manager Nicky was also super easy to work with and she was kind enough to forward a package that arrived after our stay. It is a well kept property with comfy beds in a nice community with two pools, nice landscaping, and easy gate access. Everything was easy and enjoyable and we would gladly stay again and I would recommend booking Debbie's nice place if it is open.

Wonderful condo close to Coachella

We stayed here for the weekend of Coachella because of its close proximity to the venue- only 10 minute drive to venue and nearby grocery shopping area. The condo was impeccably clean and rooms were large, comfortable beds, well furnished. There was even a ping pong table in the garage to play with. The place also looks like youā€™ve walked into a museum- itā€™s surrounded by beautiful paintings and sculptures! Debbie was a wonderful host- she was quick to respond to emails. Candy who helps manage her property was also helpful in meeting us promptly and answering any questions we had. Candy helped us settle in and gave us a quick tour of the property even after being late on our arrival time. Would definitely stay here again!

I love both nature and city life, and La Quinta offers me both in abundance. The desert can be startlingly beautiful, yet also offers an exciting night life. I love outdoor living, and the year round great weather in the desert lends itself to this.

I love the desert and especially fell in love with Puerta Azul. This beautifully landscaped and well maintained gated community is not very large - 125 homes. The pool areas are stunning and the place is very peaceful. There is a lot to do in the area, from hiking and enjoying nature at the nearby lake to going out at night to restaurants, casinos and clubs. The nights are beautiful and it is great to just stay in the complex and enjoy all that both the house and Puerta Azul has to offer.
