Centrally located in Dubai Marina and right on Marina Walk: it's nearby the famous twisted tower - Cayan Tower; and from the building, it'll take 18 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 10 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 17 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 7 minutes to The Walk, Downtown and Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 27 minutes drive.

Those with enthusiasm for Hygge and Bohemian fashion will enjoy my home, with a welcoming living room that's well furnished with a comfortable sitting area where you can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The open-plan kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and a dining table.

The two bedrooms have king beds, while a sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two extra guests. Hotel-quality linens are provided for goodnight's sleep.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. There's a dedicated toilet room for guests to use.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighbourhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Trendy cafes and pop-up craft markets line the waterside promenade of Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Exclusive yachts cruise through the sizeable artificial marina, where activities range from jet skiing to skydiving.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
