Nicely Furnished Home, Close to Lt. Island (1641)

Built in 1978, this contemporary style cottage looks out onto a tidal estuary in the Lieutenant Island Road area of Wellfleet. The house is bright and open and nicely furnished and well equipped. The kitchen, living room and dining area along with a bedroom with a king bed and full bath make up the main floor. On the second level an open loft has two twin beds along with a sitting area. Sliders from the living area lead to a large deck and the beautiful views of the changing tides on the salt marsh. It is a 5-10 minute drive to Wellfleet Center and the beaches at the ocean, the bay and the ponds. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
