Hibiscus House is a two-story villa with a living room, kitchen and dining area and two bedrooms downstairs and three bedrooms plus a living area/lounge that opens to the Caribbean upstairs. All rooms are king bedrooms. With the use of one sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room, the villa sleeps a maximum of 14. If you'd like to have more than 14 guests, please contact the owner (Pat), you will need to make the arrangement and get approval in writing. Here is how the sleeping arrangements break out:

Perfect for a wedding or family gathering. Plantacion De Suenos is a private resort located on 4.5 very private acres 4.0 miles south of San Pedro Airport. This 5 bedroom listing includes the use of the 5 bedroom private villa with a 175 feet of private beach located right on the Caribbean Ocean that will sleep 14. We are close enough to town (4.0 miles/15 to 20 minute Golf Cart Ride) to enjoy all the amenities and best we are far enough away to enjoy the quiet relaxation of pure Caribbean Living. We have 5 spacious bedrooms in the main villa all with private areas for relaxing. The two downstairs king bedrooms have private outdoor decks and sitting areas. Three king bedrooms upstairs have outdoor decks private decks and outdoor sitting areas. In addition to our spacious bedrooms the house has a two living areas: Downstairs the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room are open floor planned and air conditioned, The fabulous upstairs living room/bar, overlooks the beautiful Caribbean. Living room accordion doors fully open to the beautiful ocean views.

We have tables, chairs linens, arbor and other decorations available to rent for an additional fee. Events of up to 75 can be catered right on the deck. We can point you in the right direction for photographers, videographers, DJ's, cakes, flowers, officiants or anything else you might need to make you special celebration perfect.

THE ENTIRE LUXURY VILLA is rented (5 Bedrooms, 7 Baths, 2 large living area downstairs and a private living area upstairs an inviting Game Room/Bar area on the second floor.

The Villa can sleep up to 18 with 5 bedrooms, 7 baths.

We have a 1-1/2' thick solid hand made chechem/zerocote dining table in the first floor grand dining area that will accommodate your entire dinner party or a large wedding party. Or have the table set on the deck and have your wedding reception out on the deck. We welcome families, couples, singles, children of all ages and of course wedding parties.

We are in one of the nicest neighborhoods on Ambergris Caye, situated directly on the ocean and among other private homes and lots.
