This location is amazing! The views are incredible and the amenities were endless. Clean,modern and uncluttered but yet everything you could need. Beach chairs and towels were so handy for the beach. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. So many activities close by. Loved hanging out on the balcony watching the boats and walking the pier. Laura has thought of everything and I loved the guest book with all the repeat visitors it definitely is comfortable and inviting!

Our favorite place to stay

Our visit to Southport was terrific. A little inconvenient with surprise repairs to the elevator, but we managed fine. Best for us and my son lives just down the street. Thanks, Cindy

If Southport is your destination and you are looking for a condo with fantastic views and everything you will ever need then do not hesitate. This place has it all and so central for walking to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend Pelican Harbor II.

Beautiful view and deluxe condo

This is a very nicely furnished condo on the Southport waterfront across from the marina. Has a really nice covered porch with table and chairs. The building has an elevator. The hosts are very responsive. They have a lot of nice perks to make your stay effortless and a stocked kitchen. There’s a covered parking space which has easy access to the elevator. The host also provides a small grocery cart that was fabulous to be able to get our items to and from the car. Highly recommend this location.

Southport Favorite

Once again, I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at this waterfront condo. It has some of the best views in town. The place is always very clean and well-maintained with everything needed at the home for an enjoyable vacation. The owners also have great communication . I will definitely book again!

Relaxing and convenient

Wonderful stay!

We LOVED this waterfront condo! The porch was big and perfect to eat enjoy the water view. There was plenty of space inside with an open lay out. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The other big perk was being able to walk to the waterfront restaurants and ice cream. Kids also loved it too! Woukd definitely come back :)

Beautiful Condo and Location

This is a beautiful condo that the pictures don’t do justice. The view is awesome from the second story, large covered deck. Host is very responsive. Having an elevator is definitely a plus.

Thanks for your investigating a stay at Pelican Harbor @ Harborside! We are the owners and property managers. We enjoy the opportunity to share Southport and this beautiful condo with guests/visitors. We take pride in working to make your stay a positively memorable experience. The beauty of Southport mesmerized us the first time we come over on the ferry many years ago. Our love of the area pulled us back year after year as we dreamed to make Southport our home one day. We were fortunate to acquire Pelican Harbor @ Harborside 14 years ago and have a desire to share the area with others who enjoy the community as much as we do, or are visiting for the first time.
I have a passion for making homemade soaps filled with essential oils, shea aloe butter and exfoliants. We provide guests a few bars of my soaps to use during their stay. We welcome and invite you to come rest and relax at Pelican Harbor!

The condo’s location is in the heart of Southport. The opportunity to watch the happenings at the Morningstar Marina, views look out towards Old Baldy and the Oak Island lighthouses. You can watch as small boats and large ships move within the water channels. People and dogs walking by and birds flying and/or exploring the marsh provide constant entertainment. Watching the tidal changes within the Salt Marsh and all the boating activity provides a truly relaxing experience. Fishing options are right outside your door including a small public city pier a block away and the city fishing pier about 0.5 miles away. The bird watching opportunities are also amazing. Caswell Beach is just a short drive over to Oak Island, so within a few minutes of leaving the condo you can be walking on the beach next to the Oak Island Lighthouse instead of looking across the water at it. Southport truly is a relaxation destination and Pelican Harbor is a perfect place to take it all in!
