Whip up delicious meals in the sparkling kitchen to enjoy indoors or outside on the patio, or relax with a book on the comfortable couch. The top level is open and bright, allowing conversation to flow seamlessly across the space. Downstairs there is a kitchenette with a bonus full sized fridge and another couch - for anyone who has different movie tastes than what everyone is watching upstairs!



The bedrooms are spacious and provide a perfect place to rest and recover after a beach day. On the top level, there is a king bedroom with a private full ensuite bath, king bedroom, and a queen bedroom. A hallway full bath rounds out the sleeping arrangements on this level. Downstairs, you will find a queen bedroom with a private full ensuite bath and another queen bedroom. The hallway full bath on this level ensures convenience for everyone, regardless of which room you are in.



The beach is an easy 4 minute drive to either the 3rd street access or the 5th street access, or if you'd like to walk it is 14 minutes to walk to 3rd street. Stores, restaurants, and KDH attractions like the Wright Brothers Memorial are also just minutes away.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



The Neighborhood:

Home to the famous first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a beautiful and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the beautiful OBX beaches!

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
