This thoughtfully restored 1895 Victorian home is located in the Historic Washburne district. Formerly operated as the Pony House Inn, it's close to restaurants, pubs, shopping and scenic hiking/biking trails. If you opt to bus, it's a short walk to the bus station and easy ride to U of O, RiverBend PeaceHealth Hospital, etc.

Each of the four interior bedroom suites includes a private bathroom with shower, small fridge, microwave & TV, with access to the well-stocked main kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, patios, and gardens. Suite 5 (detached, in the garden) is rentable too, but is not included in this particular ad. Each suite has its own independently controlled heating & AC for personalized comfort. Wifi is 2 gigs fiber.

The home was completely remodeled in 2016 with new plumbing, electrical, and foundation updates while preserving the integrity of a historic home. Sound-proofing insulation was also added to the walls and floors, making for a very quiet home. The mattresses are all memory foam and guests say they're quite comfy.

For those with mobility issues: There is a flight of steps to get to the three upstairs bedroom suites (suites 2, 3, and 4) - Suites 1 is on the main level. There are a few steps to get through the main front entrance of the home, but there is a ramp through the back entrance that doesn't have stairs and can be used as an alternate entry point.

Pets: If you are traveling with a pet, please provide me a description of the pet. I'm an animal lover and welcome fur friends, but due to insurance restrictions, certain dog breeds are not acceptable. I also want to ensure you will not be leaving your dog unattended in a room while you're out as I don't want the dog to bark in your absence.
