Outdoor: Luxurious Villa Carmelina with a huge outdoor lounge and pool is the favourite place for our guests to spend time. The covered terrace with large custom wood dining table for chef dinners overlooks the lush greenery and beautifully lit pool and terrace. We have created different areas to lounge, either out on a sun bed by the pool , under the covered canopy , in the cosy hanging chair or lounge section to enjoy drinks by the pool. Outdoor ceiling fans ensure a nice breeze at your control. The view is calming with lots og greenery in the garden and surrounding tree tops which is often visited by the local howler monkeys.

Area: K section of Playa Guiones..on a quieter street with walking entrance to the south beach entrance closer to the tide pools area.

Gorgeous granite counters in the chef's kitchen is fully stocked with oversized eat in island for the whole family or dine more formally on the custom wood dining table on the outside lounge . The living room features a comfy oversized sofa and large smart TV. From the Kitchen you can see everything & everyone, kids in the pool , living room and dining area!

Walk to surf beach is only 5-6 minutes, or enjoy yoga classes at the Bodhi Tree resort which is a shrt 3 minute walk.

Security: Private security guard is available for a small fee on request. Please always lock your doors and keep valuables out of sight. Nosara is safe but we encouage guests to take precautions, do not leave any valuables in your car or outside the villa on patio.
