The Beach House is literally at the center of it all at the Beaches of Nosara.

NOTE: The property can be rented as a 2 or 3 bedroom rental. This listing prices rentals for the 2-bedroom Main House called Unit #1. Main House Unit 1:
The Beach House, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5, 1-king (6 feet 7 inches long/wide) and 3 Individual beds (two in Bunk Style) each bed is (6 feet, 3 inches long, 3 feet 3 inches wide).

Unit 2: The Studio
Sleeps 2, 1-queen bed (6 feet 7 inches by 4 feet 7inches), can be added at additional cost of $125/night to the Main House Unit #1.

Unit 1 and 2 rented together can sleep 7 people total. Inquire for discounted rate.

Unit 1 Description: The Beach House: (1,700 square feet) has a large 700 square foot Master Suite with King bed. The Terrace-bedroom with three twin beds, two in bunk style, a great way to sleep three children and have them close by.

Unit 2 Description: Studio: The attached downstairs Studio can be included (additional cost) to accommodate two more adults and has its own separate entrance and queen bed, kitchenette and full bath. The Beach House can be rented separately or combined with the Studio, or the Studio can also be rented separately. The Studio is 360 sq feet.

Why stay here?

The Harmony Hotel is a 2-minute walk from the Studio and offers first class Spa, Yoga and other resort services. Within a 5-minute walk you can get to any business in the entire Guiones area. No other location offers that. Others promise a 'short walk to the beach'. Why compromise when you can stay ON THE BEACH.

A private, gated and covered parking spot comes with the Beach House.

By popular request, you can choose your services. Air conditioning is an additional $5/day. A real and luxurious hot water shower is included. Wireless connection to a 4mb broadband connection included.

The monkey trail is within 100 meters of the property. This is a nature lover's dream house. We are located at the end of a dead-end road and forested.

Unit #1 at the Beach House is 1,300 square feet and has a large ground level terrace with seating for 6 and lots of rocking chairs and fans. The kitchen is fully equipped, but why cook with a dozen great restaurants only a 5 minute walk away! All rooms have A/C. A key-less lock system allows you to come and go with only a code. No lost keys! The property is gated and locked 24 hours a day.
