Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Acrisure Arena, Aqua Caliente Casino (10 minutes door to door) McCallum Theatre, El Paseo, Palm Springs Film Festival, Coachella, and Stage Coach not to mention all the Fabulous Casinos and their great Entertainment Venues. Perfect location on the double fairway 13th hole of the beautiful Championship golf course. The pool and jacuzzi is directly across the street. The condo is newly remodeled with all the amenities needed for an amazing vacation. Just 10 miles from Empire Polo club.

Feel like going for a swim? Choose from one of the 46 pools located in Palm Valley, the closest one being directly across the street from the house. Don't worry about packing your beach towels, we've got you covered there too! Home also features high-speed wi-fi, 4 smart TVs, washer and dryer and garage to park your car.

*Please note Palm Valley Country Club is available for dining, shopping and spa, but golf and tennis courts are not available to guests. There are many amazing golf courses in the area and we would be more than happy to recommend our favorites.
Also a very lovely clubhouse and bar to enjoy food and drinks and music.

This condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 FULL baths. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom with a new queen bed, and a very comfortable queen comfortable sofa sleeper bed in the 3rd bedroom (2 full en-suite bathrooms and a bidet.)

We have smart TVs in all the bedrooms. There is a 16' beautiful fireplace in the living room to relax in front of. A gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook, make cocktails, and enjoy the amazing view. The Vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan of the condo allow you and your guest to mingle from every room. This is not a party house however.
Please smoke outside and keep the sliders closed so that smoking does not get into the condo. No Pets.
Aqua Caliente Casino with great shows is a 10 minute drive from the front door and Idyllwild is 50 minutes away. Acrisure is 4.2 miles away.
