Welcome to this exquisite fully remodeled 1 bedroom villa nestled right by the Atlantic Ocean. This villa is the perfect seaside escape, offering a harmonious blend of modern amenities and natural beauty. Whether you want to unwind indoors or take in the stunning ocean views, this villa provides an idyllic coastal experience.

Napier's Hilton Hideaway is located in Building "C" on the 3rd floor, close to the elevator. The villa can sleep 4, with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed. It offers full size appliances with everything you would need to cook a family dinner. The villa has a private balcony and is located on the top floor, with no one above you. To make your stay more enjoyable the villa will include beach towels, a wagon, cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella that you can take to the beach.

This cozy villa offers an open concept living room with a kitchen/dining area. There are 2 coffee makers, one is a traditional "drip coffee maker" and the other a "single cup Keurig". There is a smart TV located in the living room and bedroom. You can also find onsite laundry facilities located on the 1st and 2nd floors. You will need to purchase a money card for the washer and dryer either on the app or the dispenser located in the laundry room (each load to wash is $3.00 and each load to dry is $3.00).

Napier's Hilton Hideaway is a short walk (approximately 3 minutes) to the swimming pool and the boardwalk leading to the white sand and expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean! Once on the beach you'll see a volleyball net and the ability to rent additional beach chairs and umbrellas (which are seasonal). While relaxing on the beach if you get hungry or thirsty the oceanfront bar & restaurant is onsite near the swimming pool.

Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is 50+ acres of fun, relaxation and good food. The Resort has the largest ocean front swimming pool on Hilton Head with a kiddie pool by its side. In addition, a second, more private and low-key swimming pool is located on the south side of the Resort (we are the closest building to the pool). Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is situated with direct beach access by means of 4 boardwalks.

Beside of offering 24HR Security, The Resort also offers a playground, catch and release fishing, bike rentals, a beach volleyball court, walking trails, 8 tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, an onsite tennis pro for lessons, fitness center, corn hole, basketball, racquetball and wildlife viewing.
For Food and Beverage, The Resort offers many options. Located inside the Convention Center is our locally famous Coconutz Sports Bar, offering a full dinner menu, bar and home of award-winning wings. Gatorz pizza, open seasonally, is just down the hall from Coconutz and located just outside the rear entrance is the deck bar and outdoor dining area.
Jamaica Joez Beach Bar is located at the North end beach boardwalk and offers a full lunch menu, bar and stunning views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. A few steps away is Jamaica Monz Ice Cream Hut. Cool off with soft serve ice cream, snow cones and a selection of frozen novelties.

Hilton Head Island is a beach paradise. If you love the island life in Hilton Head Island you can experience nature on a dolphin tour, kayak tour, a kids pirate tour or mermaid tour, rent jet skis or visit the Coastal Discovery Museum less than 5 miles away.
Golfers can enjoy and play on one of the many golf courses around. Port Royal Barony Golf course, Robert Trent Jones Golf course, Bear Creek Golf club, Long Cove Club or Shipyard Golf club.

The "Breeze Trolley" on Hilton Head Island has a stop (#15) at the entrance of Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort that runs from April through Labor Day.

-Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and Checkout time is 10:00 a.m.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival (starter supply of dish soap, toilet tissue & paper towels are provided)
-Resort Front Desk is open 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (located inside the front entrance to the Convention Center)

Parking:
There is a $35 fee per vehicle to park at the resort - Please provide the Driver's last name after booking. Additional passes are available for $35 each, please let us know in advance if you need an additional pass and provide the Driver's last name. Parking passes can be picked up in the lobby, at the Front Desk right before the Security Gate between 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you arrive after hours your pass will be waiting for you at the Security Gate. Be sure to display the parking pass on your windshield.

Driving Instructions:
Follow US-278 E onto Hilton Head Island, keep right to continue on US-278 BUS E (follow signs for Wm Hilton Pkwy), continue straight to stay on US-278 BUS E, turn left (at the light) onto Folly Field Rd (Lucky Beach Bar + Kitchen will be on the corner) go approximately 0.3 ml turn right (at the entrance of the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort) onto Ocean Front Blvd. The Front Desk is located inside the front entrance to the Convention Center.
