Updated condo ready for your awesome vacation, be sure to check out our amazing guest reviews! 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 540 sqft Ocean Villa end unit with extra windows for lots of light and quietest location on the resort. Enjoy a spacious tile and glass walk in shower, stainless steel appliances in rhe kitchen along with loads of cooking and serving pieces, new flooring throughout and a new leather sofa! A short stroll to all resort amenities including lighted tennis and pickleball courts, pools and the beach. Or for complete relaxation, kick back on the quiet balcony and enjoy a drink at the end of an action packed day. This beautifully decorated end unit boasts a kitchen with glass front cabinets, granite countertops, a large island, and new full-size range/oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. With the 2 extra windows only available in the end units, you'll enjoy a bright, open and spacious feel in this cozy condo. Rental includes FREE Wi-fi, local & domestic long-distance calling, and wall mounted Roku flat screen cable TV for your streaming services. On-site amenities include a beautiful beach, FREE lighted tennis and pickleball courts, bike rentals (with bike path access to virtually every corner of Hilton Head Island!), fitness room, 2 pools, dining, playground, laundry facilities in each building, and much more. We get lots of compliments for the comfortable sleeping on the queen size bed in the bedroom. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is the 'best kept secret' for a fun vacation in the area and this 1 bedroom unit is one of the nicest in the complex. We welcome you to come share in our little slice of paradise by the sea!
Please note - Guests may not bring Pets/ESAs on HHBT property/condos. A $250/day fine on-going until the animal is removed from the HHBT premises will result.
Additionally, E-bikes are strictly prohibited on the HHBT property. Violation of this policy will result in a fine to the bike owner by the resort.

First time visiting Hilton Head. Debated over where to stay on the island and settled on Kellie’s place, so glad I did. The unit itself is thoughtfully laid out for its size. Kellie was very responsive to any questions I had and the resort is well cared for. I played a few mornings at pickleball, walked the beach many times, road my bike - it was chilly in March but doable. Highly recommend!

Great stay at HHI Beach & Tennis

Alex - Hilton Head has a wonderful group of volunteers that track and mark turtle nests...just saw there were over 200 nests identified and almost 60 that have hatched so far. Fascinating to see! We've seen lots of deer in the parking lot but never an armadillo! Glad you had a great visit and hope you come back. Kellie

Saved our beach vacation

Very clean property and close to the beach. It was very quiet and allowed for the relaxing vacation we were looking for. Property owner went out of her way to help us and was easy to work with.

Perfect for a quick getaway

Great weekend at the cozy corner

Amazing location

We loved this location! We had the beach, pool, pickle ball courts, and sports bar all within steps of the condo. Everything else on the island was within biking or just a 10-15 minute car ride. Condo was clean and it had everything we needed. We had such a great experience!

A Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Kellie and Phil’s condo. The condo was clean, quiet and a perfect size for a couple. Kellie and Phil had great communication before and throughout our stay, making check in and check out seamless. The condo is steps from the beach and the provided beach chairs and umbrella was a nice touch. We had a lot of fun and were able to relax during our stay here. We will definitely be back!

23rd Anniversary weekend getaway

We discovered Hilton Head Island more than 30 years ago as newlyweds and have been vacationing regularly in the area ever since. We finally realized our dream of owning a 'little slice of heaven' here in the summer of 2014 when we purchased this condo from the original owners. After renovated that year, and many updates over the intervening years, including a new tile and glass shower, new stainless steel appliances, new flooring and a new leather sofa in 2022, we are happy to share our home with you!

HHBT is a great vacation destination with pretty much everything you could want right on-site. We're located toward the north end of the island which tends to be quieter and has less traffic, especially in the busy summer months. There is plenty of available parking, particularly for the "A" building. Our balcony faces the green space area between Ocean Villas and Admirals Row so you aren't facing guests in other condos when sitting on the balcony.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

HHBT has it all, and it's all right here on-site. From the beach, lovely pools, multiple restaurants, and fitness activities including bike rentals, tennis and pickleball, and fitness room, you don't need to hop into your car to have a fantastic time. Folly Field Rd is close to the rest of the action on Hilton Head, a short 5-7 min drive will bring you to the other end of the island near the Sea Pines gate and Coligny Plaza for additional eateries and shopping options.
