Located right downtown Hill City at McGregor & Main | Luxury Lofts, this luxury loft is within steps of inspired restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries, shopping, biking, breweries and much, much more! Included in the McGregor loft building is also a high-end grocer, liquor and wine & tap bar for all your needs during your stay. This luxury loft can accommodate up to 4 guests featuring a king sized bed and a pull-out queen sofa bed while overlooking Main Street. Enjoy high-end amenities, on-site laundry, a well-equipped kitchen, ambient fireplace, comfortable beds and linens, flat screen tv’s, air-conditioning, complimentary wifi, on-site parking, and a private balcony to oversee all the action on Main Street, right in the Heart of the Hills.

**Our luxury lofts are strictly an animal-free zone, including service animals, due to the owners severe allergies.**

Great Location

“The” place to stay in the Black Hills. Beautiful modern 1 bedroom loft right on Main Street. Walking distance to everything in town including dining and shopping. Great location and centrally located in the Black Hills making it very easy to get around and see the sites. Highly recommended

Lovely Condo in the Heart of Hill City

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We especially loved the Grocery/Bodega on the ground floor of the property. It was walking distance to most things in Hill City - there was a dedicated parking space. Check in/Check out was super easy and communication with the property manager was great. She checked in on us and made sure we were settled and that everything was going well. Perfect weekend getaway - we'll stay again!

Black Hills

Very nice property. Some odd nuances. They had communal laundry facilities, which is fine, but then they required you pay with quarters to wash and dry your clothes. This is a high-end property in Hill City, not sure why they think it is appropriate to "nickel and dime" you. Secondly, who has 10 quarters on them to do a quick load of laundry. Very inconvenient.

I’m very sorry to hear the laundry setup felt inconvenient. When you reached out, I responded immediately via both a personal phone call and text to offer to either provide quarters or cover the cost of your laundry, and I truly would have been happy to assist in any way. We’ve found that most guests have appreciated the option of our communal laundry facilities, with complimentary detergent pods, dryer sheets and stain spray provided — amenities that are often noted positively in reviews. That said, we understand expectations can vary, and we always welcome honest feedback that helps us improve. For added convenience, our Presidential Loft includes a private, in-unit washer and dryer, which may be a better fit for some guests in the future. Very nice property, great location.

Everything about the property was as described on the VRBO site. The only suggestion would be for cable TV. Internet TV is less than desirable. The only programs available are old series reruns. It did have Netflix and Disney + if you wanted to log into your personal account, but you couldn’t see live stations. We were out and about a lot, but would have preferred cable or satellite to watch when in the unit.

Outstanding Property and Location

The loft was perfect for our trip to Mt. Rushmore and other area attractions. It is close to everything one would want to see in the area. The property was beautiful, modern, and spotless. I can not think of any way to improve on this listing. If you are planning a trip to this area, I encourage you to check out these lifts!
