The home has multiple bugs we had to kill, furniture was dirty (couch, master dresser had dried food etc), master shower had mold, vents covered in dirt. Communication with host was incredibly delayed and had to send multiple messages before getting a response. House is in need of renovation, walls damaged and it dirty, sinks with rust, base boards damaged.Positive was needed the home an extra evening and they were able to accommodate

The place was ok except the bathroom which had hair on all the walls including the mirror and dead bugs, messaged about it and never heard back.

We had a comfortable stay overall. The location was great, in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Disney is also just a few miles away for those visiting the parks. We enjoyed the pool as well.Upon arrival, we found dog hair on the guest bathroom floor and dead bugs in the tub. The property manager responded right away when we brought it to their attention, and the rest of the house was clean. During our stay, the guest bathroom toilet also backed up and overflowed, which we had to clean up with towels. The master bathroom light worked intermittently, and the ice maker wasn’t working.The pool doors have safety alarms, which we completely understand and appreciate, especially for families with young children, but they did become frustrating with our group frequently going in and out.On our last night, the washing machine stopped mid-cycle with our clothes locked inside. The property manager responded immediately, even around midnight. Maintenance came the next morning, and they extended our checkout to noon.Despite the issues, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated how responsive aproperty manager was.

Amazing

The stay was comfortable location was great beds where comfortable house was clean pool was amazing even though the weather was a bit cold the property owners were able to get the pool heated for us and my kids got to enjoy the pool I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends

Dirty Property and Outdated

This property was in a nice area. Close to Parks. Unfortunately, the property is extemely outdated. The furniture is outdated and damaged. The seats at the dining room sinks in. The couch is filthy. We saw a rouch on one of the rooms. This property needs a total update.

Needs improvement

Love the property but one of the rooms has cockroach. Love the swimming pool but its not heated because you have to pay for heating. Love to do barbeque but there is no grill because you to have rent the grill. The rental house is very nice but needs improvement. We still enjoyed our stay! Thank you Peter or Kelly!!

Great time despite lack of communication

We had a great time and the house was a house. The ice maker put chunks of plastic in the water bottles and an overwhelming smell of curry I. The house were the only downsides. One of the beds in one of the guest bedrooms is not able to support a small child, but thank goodness we didn’t need it. Aside from that all is good. Please have the manager contact me at the earliest convenience.

Cob webs on lights. TV’s did not always connect to internet. Floor very dirty , my feet were black within two hours of walking on the floor . Not sure if beds were clean. Didn’t sleep under the covers. Some plugs did not work. Tv remote battery covers were broken sprinkler system pointed to walkway not grass soaking me when it came on and I was walking in

Dirty and broken

The floors were so dirty it turned your feet black within a matter of minutes. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets with food just caked to it. There was mold in the bathrooms and around one of the air vents. The dining room chairs were completely broken, there was broken furniture throughout the house. The master mattress was broken and slept horribly. You aren’t allowed to touch the thermostat so as a pregnant woman it was very hot. Felt it was overpriced for the quality of the house and the shape it’s been left in.

Thank you for your feedback, we do take all feedback seriously. We are sorry that your stay in our home was not a magical one. We do wish that you would have brought any of the issues you placed in your review to our attention while you were in the home so we could have addressed them for you, sadly you did not. There is no broken furniture in the home or mold in the bathrooms or air vents. The thermostat is not locked so is able to be adjusted and we would happily have assisted you with doing that if you had only reached out to us letting us know that you did not know how to do so.

Does the job

Overall the neighborhood is ok. Seems like a lot of rentals and so many homes aren’t kept up with. Not horrible but definitely not the best either. Most people have little grass, more weeds and little landscaping. The homes back up to each other so there is little privacy when in the pool. The furniture is old and damaged. Panels missing from armoire and couch. Side table leg looked like it was going to fall off any second. The dining chairs feel like you are going to fall right through them. The home could use some updated furniture. Other than that, the process was easy. The beds were decent and everything we needed was there. We had one issue where the coffee maker didn’t work. Customer service reply was immediate and we had a new coffee maker the next morning.

Read all the bad reviews

I can’t review this property itself so I will review the hosts. I had a trip planned but my aunt passed away and we had to attend her funeral instead. Through many failed communication attempts, these hosts wouldn’t help me transfer my dates or do anything at all to help. Not only was it horrible to deal with the loss of my aunt, but I had to endure the horrible treatment from these hosts was completely unfair and inhumane. I don’t understand how they could have zero sympathy. Before you book read all the reviews on how horrible they are and also look them up on the Better Business Bureau. I have an ongoing investigation happening through Vrbo to have them removed off this platform, but until then do your research and save yourself money and a headache. And I’ll go ahead and call it now, I bet anything, just like the other reviews, they will write back stating their contract policies that are all loop hole scams to protect themselves. So congratulations, you received $1,000 from a poor grieving family. I hope you feel good about yourself.

horrible experience i paid for heat the pool they never did, the house was completely dirty

Very bad and dirty house, animals hairs everywhere and the restrooms smell urine, we call and we request move to another property and the administration never give me solution, i ask to speak with the manager and she never call me back, very very bad experience, the inspector come to the house she see everything and take pictures but we never have a saticfatory solution. all the furnitures very old and broken, very bad ougly and dirty. this house have to be remove from the market

It was okay

The queen size bed needs replacing, very uncomfortable. Ants all over counters. Toilet handle was broken. Never contacted for permission to enter when we weren't there.

Very nice home and clean , also close to the Disney attractions. Would book with them again.

Loved the house. We traveled with pets had a special surprise for them a bowl with treat ( very nice touch).spoke with the ladies at loyalty very nice and helpful.. definetly book with them again.., thank you for everything .
