Stillwater sleeps up to 18 on Lake Hamilton, with a private dock, kayaks, and a paddleboard just steps from the heated pool and hot tub. Inside, a game room with ping pong, arcade games, and a sound system keeps every age entertained, while bocce, shuffleboard, and a fire pit keep the fun going outside. With five king-bed bedrooms, a spacious bunkroom, and plenty of room to gather, Stillwater is designed for big family trips, reunions, and group getaways. Bathhouse Row and Hot Springs National Park are just a short drive away.

Five bedrooms, all with king beds, plus a bunkroom with two queen-over-queen bunk beds give Stillwater real breathing room for up to 18 guests — no couches-as-beds and no compromising on comfort.
The primary suite features its own soaking tub and walk-in shower, while three additional full bathrooms and a downstairs half bath make mornings and evenings easier for a full house.
The main living area is designed for everyone to come together, with an open layout connecting the living room, dining area, and chef's kitchen. A large island provides plenty of room for meal prep and gathering, while floor-to-ceiling windows bring the beauty of Lake Hamilton into the home.

The open living and dining areas create a comfortable gathering space for the entire group. Settle into the plush seating around the fireplace, enjoy the lake views through the expansive windows, or gather around the dining table for meals and game nights.
The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, a large island, ample counter space, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals for a group. With the kitchen opening directly into the living and dining areas, everyone can stay part of the conversation while meals are being prepared.

Stillwater gives you a peaceful Lake Hamilton setting while keeping Hot Springs' attractions within a short drive. Visit historic Bathhouse Row, explore Hot Springs National Park, enjoy local restaurants and shops, or spend the day boating and fishing on Lake Hamilton.

★★ Good to Know ★★
Pool heating is available by request for $150 per day. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required, and shorter notice is not guaranteed and may result in an additional $50 fee. If requested, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of the stay and can reach a maximum temperature of 90°F.

Pool heating is not available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st or during the coldest stretch of December through January.

Lake Hamilton's annual drawdown begins November 1st and the refill begins between March 1st and March 8th, with the lake scheduled to be refilled by March 15th. Stillwater sits in a cove where water levels are naturally lower than in other areas of the lake. During the annual drawdown, the cove in front of the property may become completely dry with no visible water.

Please return the kayak to its designated rack and securely lock it after each use. Guests may be responsible for any loss or damage if the kayak is not properly returned.

The outdoor sink is winterized from November through April and will not be available during this time, if applicable.
We kindly ask guests to ensure all trash is securely placed in the street cans with no loose trash and taken to the curb the night before pickup to avoid a $100 fine.

A rental agreement must be electronically signed within 48 hours of booking. A security deposit authorization is also required. The signature and government-issued ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card on file.

Please be aware of local wildlife around the property, including deer, bears, snakes, and geese. Please keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and use caution when walking around the property.
