Max occupancy is 15 guests—additional guests require pre-approval and may incur extra fees. Located in a gated West End community with a quiet, private beach atmosphere. Please treat the home with care and follow all checkout requests including wiping down kitchen surfaces and emptying the fridge. Hosts are happy to answer any questions prior to booking!

Outside lights off by 11:00 pm as we are a turtle friendly community
Absolutely no outdoor "fry's". Seafood boils with water are acceptable. No grease frying. Outdoor gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking and we offer one courtesy propane change out if needed. No onsite car washing and please do not move any furniture. Thank you for respecting our home! 99% of our renters are totally awesome (we have repeat renters to prove that) but there's just that small percentage that think rules do not apply and if you violate the rules you will be evicted.
