As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.



The Neighborhood:

Over the Ridge is ideally situated near Gatlinburg's main attractions, ensuring you're just moments away from the bustling Parkway with its unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.For nature enthusiasts, this neighborhood is a gateway to outdoor adventures. Explore the nearby Great Smoky Mountains National Park, known for its hiking trails, wildlife, and stunning vistas.



If you are up for some exercise walk down the hill to the neighborhood lake and watch the ducks swim and see if you can see the fish jump. Over the Ridge fosters a sense of peace. Enjoy the convenience of proximity to essential amenities, and local attractions. Everything you need is within reach, making everyday life comfortable and accessible.



Getting Around:

The cabins are located in a quiet neighborhood tucked off the highway. It’s a minute from the Gatlinburg art district, which is on a well-maintained road. Getting up to the cabin is not bad, considering other parts of town. As long as you take your time and drive carefully, you should be okay. Guests will have peace and quiet. They are welcome to go on walks through the neighborhood or take a walk down to the lake.



Fishing is allowed during daylight hours only, which is defined as one hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset. Fishing is permitted with one hand-held rod and a single hook only. All multiple hooks are prohibited.

☑︎ Leave things as you found them – Damages or missing items will be charged.

☑︎ Free parking on premises for 3 cars

☑︎ Absolutely NO FIRES inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

☑︎ NO PETS (we love them too, but unfortunately they'll have to stay at home. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave the premises)

☑︎ We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.

☑︎ We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more!

We give our guests space - but we are available when you need us. We are available Monday - Saturday 9 AM - 9 PM via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
