Beautiful house and a great location by land and water. This waterfront lake house is located in a quiet cove but still has views and easy access to the main channel. The stunning new dock provides an amazing amount of deck space with plenty of area for shade and sun. You can practically live on the dock. :)

By land, you are within 5-10 minutes of groceries and the central dining and shopping locations known as Bridgewater Plaza and Downtown Moneta. The area around Bridgewater Plaza includes boat rentals, putt-putt, pizza, ice cream, and live music on weekends. Two wineries are within 5 minutes of the house.
When renting: Please reserve your 5 - 7 night stay between Saturdays. Our cleaning service comes on Saturday to ensure our house is ready for each guest.


This house has been renovated inside, with new baths and hardwood floors upstairs. Three sliding glass doors open onto the composite deck. It also has 3 HD TVs and super-fast high-speed internet with a mesh wi-fi network. Linens and towels (bath and lake) are provided.

The brand-new dock is simply amazing, with lots of shaded areas, ceiling fans, a floating dock, and nice Polywood chairs and tables for relaxing. The floating dock is 24' long and can easily accommodate most boats if you are bringing your own.

First floor: Kitchen, equipped with dishes and pots/pans for basic cooking, has a dishwasher, microwave, flat top stove, and new refrigerator. There are two types of coffee makers, the Keurig and a 12-cup coffee pot. The dining room and vaulted family room each have sliding glass doors overlooking the deck and lake. The family room includes a large 65” HD Smart TV. Upstairs is a bathroom with a shower and double sinks. The front master bedroom overlooks the lake with a Queen bed, double closets, a TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to the deck. The other bedroom upstairs has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed.

Downstairs: Laundry room with large top-loading washer and dryer. The lower level full bath has a tub/shower and single vanity. The downstairs bedroom has a lake view, a Queen bed, and double closets. The downstairs den has comfortable couches with a TV and doors that open to the lake. The game room has an air hockey table and a foosball table.

The driveway is paved and parking is only a few steps to the kitchen and front door. The path to the lake is also paved but only for walking or a golf cart. There is a large yard near the road to park boat trailers - please make sure you can back trailers into or out of this parking location. The deck has a table and chairs. There are two kayaks for you to use. The lot has trees for shade throughout the day. The front of the house has a grill for cooking.

What Makes this Property Unique:
The house is updated and has big windows that let in lots of sunlight. It has a large deck with tables and chairs, that overlooks the water. It has a nice dock in a deep cove that is great for swimming and fishing. There is a 24' floating dock with cleats to tie up a boat or lounging in the sun. In addition, there is another 500+ sq ft of dock under the roof with ceiling fans, chairs and tables for time in the shade.
