This home offers beautiful architectural designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and very functional. The kitchen offers high quality appliances and is well stocked, including basic cooking ingredients. The upper level including the kitchen, dining, and living space upstairs are all open concept creating the perfect atmosphere to gather collectively to eat, watch a movie, or rest. There is also a bedroom with an adjustable king bed, a half bath. Just off of the living room area is a deck with a table set for two, perfect for morning coffee or some afternoon sunshine.

Downstairs you will find a guest bedroom, well equipped laundry room, full guest bathroom, and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Between the home and the detached garage is a outdoor seating area to relax and enjoy a locally crafted beer after a long day of hiking or floating the Deschutes River.

Also included are inner tubes for floating the river in the summer or sledding in the winter.

The two-car garage is available for use, including some shelving and hooks to store equipment after a day of enjoying some of the many outdoor activities Central Oregon has to offer.
