House and hosts couldn’t have been better. Property is perfect for a buddies golf trip with close proximity to multiple golf courses and restaurants.

A nice quiet neighborhood right in the middle of everything. The house is very nice with everything you could need. We used it as a base for golf with tons of options. The patio with a massive fireplace makes a great place to close out the day. This is our second stay and I am sure we will be back.

Spent a week at this lovely property for a family gathering. Most evenings enjoying fun conversations while having dinners prepared in the gorgeous kitchen. Home is beautiful, clean and welcoming, Mia and Kevin are perfect hosts. Would love to come again .

We had an excellent stay for an extended weekend. The location is great -- a very short drive to Assateague State Park with a beautiful beach and just 20 minutes to OCMD. The hosts, Mia and Kevin, were very communicative throughout our stay and were understanding of an additional guest. The house is beautiful and feels like home rather than a commercial hotel. It's great for kids given the plethora of games and toys available and the pack and play and stroller provided.

Wonderful Vacation House

This beautiful house was so comfortable for everyone. It is convenient to the beach and to OC restaurants and yet located in a quiet, peaceful location. We really enjoyed staying there. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic place!

Great House!!

The property was everything as described and more! I loved that there were towels and sheets as well as toiletries and household supplies! The house was spacious and extremely clean. The communication with Mia was great, she even checked on us during a storm. Also the beds were comfortable; it felt like a luxurious get away. We would definitely recommend!!

Great family getaway1

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Mia was very accommodating and easy to contact. The home is comfortable, clean and in a quiet/beautiful neighborhood - a very short drive to Assateague. We can't wait to come back. A wonderful time was had by all!

Next to perfect.

Beautiful, well appointed, and comfortable. Our family of 14 spent a week here and enjoyed it very much. A bit out of the way for groceries or restaurants or attractions. However, we would look to book it first if ever in the area again.

Glad you enjoyed our home. As far as convenience, generally speaking, Ocean City does not offer a lot of convenience to grocery stores, your options are Food Lion on 117th Street, Acme on 94th Street, Food Lion in West OC (6 miles from the house), OR Walmart in West OC (7.5 miles from the house). What you gain from our location is a quiet night's sleep, privacy, an avoidance of traffic that occurs "IN" Ocean City when traveling south on Coastal Highway to get to the boardwalk. The convenience of a number of the BEST "Locally owned" restaurants (Ocean City Commercial Harbor, 5 miles) and popular national restaurant chains (Ruth's Chris, Carrabba's, Outback Steak House, Sakura Japanese Steak House). A number of Seafood markets (6 miles), local produce (1.5 miles). As far as attractions: Assateague Beaches are 1.5 miles from the house, Bike rentals (3 miles), Frontier Town is 3 miles (offering a water park, arcade, putt-putt golf, ice cream shop), 2 go-cart parks (6 miles), fishing charters (6 miles), 3 golf courses within 1 mile, crab house (1.5 Miles).

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our large family. Our children, their spouses and our 4 grandaughters could not have felt more at home. The kitchen is spectacular! Each family had their own little space in the huge bedrooms. We all had together time in the many spacious living areas inside. The backyard and patio were our favorite gathering places. There were toys for the children, and every possible extra needed to have a wonderful stay. The Berlin/Assetique area is beautiful and there are so many fun family activities available. The neighborhood where the house is located is central to everything yet in a beautiful,quiet,friendly and safe area. As you can surmise, we loved the house and our experience! Thank you Mia and Kevin.

Best place to stay off the beaten path

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home. The owners Mia and Kevin have done an amazing job!!! The house is approximately 1 mile away from Assateague Island where they have a very nice family beach and the horses that roam around the island. Ocean city beach and boardwalk is about a 10 - 15 minute drive from the house. The pictures provided while accurate don’t give the same effect as seeing the house in person. If your looking to stay in a very comfortable home with every amenity that you can possibly think of and is just minutes from the beach then look no further and stay at this house!!!

Disappointed

Overall, my family and I made it work to the best of our ability. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet. When we arrived, the house appeared clean, but as we did our walk through of the property it looked like someone was living there and literally just left on our arrival. There were clothes and other personal items in the closet and drawers, food in the fridge and freezer, and the bathrooms weren’t cleaned or sanitized. We didn’t have use of the closet and drawers because someone’s items were in there. We had our own cleaning supplies so we took care of cleaning the areas that needed to be sanitized to our liking. The kitchen and main living areas were nice. The back yard was nice although we didn’t use it. House was close and convenient to the beach and shopping stores when we needed to buy food. Another disappointment was upon leaving (about half hour prior to our scheduled check out time) we noticed the ‘cleaning guy’ and owner was literally sitting outside in his truck with the engine running waiting for us to vacate the premises. I just thought that was rude. Maybe they thought we weren’t going to leave timely just in case but it definitely contributed to me thinking this rental was a’ One and done’ for us.

We are very sorry to hear your experience did not meet your expectations. We wish you would have contacted us upon arrival so that we could correct any short comings. As you can see by ALL of the other reviews, we take great pride in our vacation home and would make it right to the best of our ability if given the opportunity. As for our cleaning team arriving early, we are sorry you took great offense to this, however, we are always first on our cleaning team's schedule as our home is located outside of the city limits so it just makes logistical sense to make our stop first.

Awesome stay.

I don't think I have stayed at a cleaner rental. We had an awesome time. It was very kid friendly with lots of toys outside. The backyard was a great size for the kids to run around. The bedrooms were huge. Close to our favorite restaurant Crab Alley. We will definitely be back!

Week at the beach

The house was simply amazing. Custom made kitchen, plenty of space to hang out for the kids and adults. Backyard was our favorite part. Enormous brick fireplace was where we spent every evening. The house is also conveniently located. 10 min drive to Ocean City West and most importantly 5 min drive to Assateague. Overall, we had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Recent July Stay- Just Perfect!!

Overall FANTASTIC experience working with Mia and staying at this property! I cannot give this property a better rating. House was clean upon entry and was just beautiful inside. It is a spacious home that allowed for our three different families to have their own living areas/bathrooms during our stay. Wonderful location within a short driving distance to beaches. When we return to this area we will be looking to see if this property is available!

This house is amazing!!! Beautiful everything you need, it had. Beds incredibly soft. Can not say enough about this place. I’d give it more stars than what they provided.

There will be no disappointment with this house. It was as beautiful as the pictures. Mia and Kevin were wonderful hosts as were very accommodating. They were quick to respond to EVERY question or concern and were on top of everything. The house was clean as well as equipped. We truly enjoyed our stay. If you are looking to go to Assateague or Ocean City MD book this house it is A must stay!

Fantastic House, Great Hosts

The house was beautiful and just as described online. Plenty of space for adults to relax and kids to play. It was a quick drive to the beach and Ocean City boardwalk. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful before and during our stay. Would love to vacation at this home again!

Amenities Galore

This beautiful home has an abundant supply of kitchen, bath and laundry items, comfortable furnishings and plenty of seating areas inside and outside for socializing or just curling up with a good book. The bedrooms are very spacious and the master bedroom/bath is perfect!! Our family had a fantastic time. Would definitely rent again!
