Situated in a quiet cul de sac on the north side of Ocean Pines, this large 3,300 sqft home offers the ideal retreat for your family or group of friends.

The main level of the house features an open floor plan with a well stocked kitchen and bar seating, cozy living room and large dining table with plenty of seating for everyone. A separate front office space with a desk, allows for work or a quiet place to read. Books, puzzles and board games available for the family.

The large first floor master suite is separated from the living area to provide plenty of privacy. A king bed and room darkening blind allows for a restful sleep. Enjoy the soaking tub and shower in the attached master bathroom. Pack-n-play provided in the closet.

On the second floor there are two large bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and lots of light. The third upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids, with a double bed and twin bunk beds with an additional twin trundle. The hall bath has a tub/shower to freshen up after a day at the beach.

All bedrooms have new mattresses, new bedding and ceiling fans for comfort.

Relax and enjoy the outdoors in the screened in porch, which opens off of the dining room. There is a large, sunny yard for kids to play. Off street parking is available in the two car garage and driveway.

**Ocean Pines Beach Club

Located at the Beach Club property in Ocean City, the 30ft x 54ft swimming pool also provides plenty of deck space, lounge chairs, restaurant and bar, and easy ocean access with chair and umbrella rentals.

The Beach Club covers the ocean-side block of land between 49th and 50th streets in Ocean City, Maryland. Vehicle parking is available in two private lots (one beach-side lot and one bay-side lot used when the beach-side lot is full) with parking pass.

The beach club building contains bathroom facilities with showers and locker rooms on the lower level accessible with daily pool passes on the day of the visit. A snack bar with live entertainment and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for sale is located on the central level with spacious decking and volleyball courts. Alcohol may only be purchased by Ocean Pines property owners, residents and their guests. The upper level is available for dining, private parties, weddings and banquets for residents and non-residents.

Note: Only food and beverages purchased at the Beach Club restaurant (except water and ice) may be brought in to the Beach Club Pool.

**Beach Club Parking Pass (this pass is for parking only, you will need a pool pass to use the pool and restrooms at the beach club)

Beach Club parking spaces are not guaranteed on any given day; spots are given on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking (either metered or free) may also be available; Beach Club parking passes are not required for street parking.

A weekly Beach Club parking pass is $170 for residents and non-residents.
A daily Beach Club parking pass is $50 for residents and non-residents.

Rates: Non-swimmers also pay the daily rates below except at the Sports Core Pool. There is a facility-use fee of $3 for each non-swimmer entering this pool.

Children 12 and older may come to the pool without an adult. According to the county, 12 is babysitting age so they may come with a younger sibling.
