Whaleshead Beach is just across the highway, while Brookings proper is a brief eight-mile drive away. Outdoor enthusiasts will feel especially spoiled being so close to Arch Rock State Park, Azalea Park, and Chetco Point Park, all of which are within a 10-mile radius. Drive a little farther and you'll reach Alfred A. Loeb State Park, a locale known for myrtlewood trees, as well as fishing, swimming, and rafting on the Chetco River.

Back at your vacation home, you'll be greeted by a well-lit interior and a warm ambience. Unwind on the couch watching your favorite streaming service on TV or stroll to the full kitchen to make something as simple as a pot of coffee to entire meals. Indulge together at the dining table before heading out to the large furnished deck. Enjoy the breezy weather firsthand with your favorite drink in hand and appreciate the lush greenery around you. Come back inside to play some of the provided board games together before resting up for tomorrow's adventures!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
