We’re glad to hear you found the bedding comfortable, but we apologize that the outside furniture didn’t meet your expectations. We will assess the outdoor setup to ensure it offers a relaxing experience. We’re also sorry to hear about the difficulty you had getting into the condo. While we did replace the TV as quickly as possible, we understand that the cable service not being fully functional added to your disappointment. The owners have already blocked off the condo for a full remodel, and while it's been a challenge securing a contractor on island, we’re moving forward as quickly as possible. We’re also very sorry about your experience at the check-in office. Although Koloa Kai does not manage the front desk at this property, we’ve passed your feedback along to the owners.
