This is a WHOLE HOUSE, THE FRONT PICTURES CAN BE CONFUSING THINKING ITS A DUPLEX. But you have WHOLE house. Not a condo, not 2 separate units.


SORRY NO WEDDINGS, NO REHEARSAL DINNERS, no baby showers. No pets, no service animals. Max 8 all times. **Personally Reach out for discounts.** Sundance luxury beach house St. Augustine.

***We are NOT PET FRIENDLY. This is our second vacation home and a member of our family has SEVERE ALLERGIES** There are many other homes that do allow pets and service animals.

** WE do NOT share condiments. There is salt/pepper/ oil /sugar etc but NOTHING else.

The Sundance is the perfect name, situated on a high beach dune with magical sunrises and sunsets. It offers a majestic view of the Atlantic Ocean with its private beach housing single family homes in Vilano Beach. What could be more perfect for a family gathering, or a romantic getaway. Take a stroll on the beach, watch the Dolphins play, or at low tide take a bicycle ride. Everyone will enjoy collecting shells, finding shark teeth, watching the award-winning sand castle being erected, or simply taking a swim on this mostly private beach.

Entering this craftsmen-decorator-styled beach home you will see a stylish designed kitchen. Glance at the glass
wall-to-wall sliders in both the living room and in each bedroom, excellent for ocean viewing. Admire the hand-cut glass stained window above the door. The open floor plan stretches from the spacious kitchen to the large covered oceanfront eat-in porch, great for entertaining and making your dream vacation complete. It's no wonder we have only five star reviews as we provide a wealth of amenities for your fun and relaxation.

Vilano beach is a community located two minutes from historical St Augustine, one hour from Jacksonville and two hours from Disney door-to-door. Within walking distance we have a brand new town center that holds a large grocery store , a fishing pier, and five restaurant ,most providing live music.

Master bedroom has KING bed, private master bath with separate vanity as well as large walk in closet. With 55 inch TV

TWO bedrooms downstairs, overlooking the ocean. One has queen bed, another bedroom has trundle bed, (2 twins)

Washer and dryer downstairs.

Private fenced in backyard with private walkway to ocean and oceanfront patio.

2 large flatscreen TVS's, as well at AT&T Uverse200 with FREE WIFI

Our beach is wide, sandy, quiet. There are no big crowds, even on the busiest summer weekends! The Sundancer is so comfortable and pretty that you may never want to leave!

BRAND NEW GRANITE KITCHEN, new stainless steel appliances, BRAND NEW BEDS. Freshly decorated you name it, we did it.

TWO sofa sleepers with pullout queen beds. One pullout has private access to 1/2 bath.

Loved the house and location. It felt extremely private as not many people were on the beach yet Publix was only three minutes away. I don’t think the online pictures do it justice just how large and nice the house actually is.

Fantastic Beach House

We had a great time. This home was perfect and we really enjoyed staying there and walking on the beach. It has everything you could ever need! Close to shopping and historic downtown not to mention great restaurants near by.

Amazing Beachfront Property

What a fantastic location, just through the garden gate and you're on the beach, and what a beach! We loved the property, it has all the home comforts you need and more. We will definitely return.

View of the ocean from master and living room

Can’t beat the location of the house, close to Publix and on the beach with other houses so the beach feels very private. It takes 10 minutes to reach historic St Augustine in comparison to staying on St Augustine beach which means dealing with a draw bridge schedule.

Beachfront Perfection

Our stay at this house in January was amazing. Right on the ocean, you can hear the waves crashing on the shore while sleeping. The house itself was very well set up for me as I am a homebody and love to cook….. The kitchen is beautiful and we loved the island to eat at. The property was super close to publix and just a short drive to downtown St Augustine and St George St. We had so much fun and can’t wait to come back!

Mother’s 60th Birthday !

We loved this house ! Took the family to celebrate mother’s 60th bday & couldn’t be more satisfied with the decision of choosing this home :) Sundance beach house felt like our own home. Perfect in Every Way!

We loved the house and location on Vilano Beach! Both the indoor and outdoor spaces and views were amazing. We were just a few steps from a wide, beautiful and uncrowded beach. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything needed in the large kitchen, the house and at the beach. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was friendly and easy. We had a wonderful experience and plan to return!

A Piece of Heaven

Our trip was spectacular. The only thing was we wish it had been longer. The view of the beach was perfection. Watching the sunrise was beyond words. We were so happy with the house, its location and talk about a great host, Rosemary was wonderful. She responded quickly and sent us information about St Augustine. We hopefully will get a chance to come back soon.

Footsteps to the Ocean

Beautiful home literally footsteps to the Atlantic Ocean. Views from kitchen, living area and master bedroom of the Ocean are amazing. Quiet strip of houses. Very clean. Very comfy bedding. Plenty of dishes, etc. Less than 5 min to groceries. Easy 10 min drive to historic St. Augustine. We will definitely be back.

Saint Augustine beach days

This is a beautiful home that worked well for our group (4 adults, 4 children). We selected this property for some rest days at the ocean after many days of Disney parks. This house is right on the water. You could not be any closer within washing away, so the views are spectacular. The home is well maintained and decorated with exquisite beach themed art. Restaurants and grocery outlets are not far. We loved walking on the beach and kids loved collecting shells that are abundant. Communication with Rosemary & Sam was easy. We had a great stay!

Beautiful View of the Ocean

My sister, niece and I enjoyed our stay so much at Sundance!! The house was wonderful and laid out nicely with plenty of room and areas for privacy if you wanted it. The view of the ocean was outstanding!! We loved sitting on the balcony just watching the waves and the activity on the beach. We even got to watch some people surfing since the waves were higher because Hurricane Lee had moved by the area. The house was very close to anything that you wanted to do in the area. There were plenty of good restaurants to eat at. We enjoyed some good meals while we were gone. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Saint Augustine!!

Great spring break

Met grandchildren from west coast, for fun and sun. Sun didn’t show up as expected but found plenty to do.House was great for 3 children age 5 to 10. Being on the beach we could hit the sand when the sun came out of the clouds Did several attractions. House is close to everything so could pace our day with breaks. Puzzles and games in house Chairs and sand toys were put to good use. Grandma favorite spot was top deck. Nice meals while listening to surf. Grocery store very close and variety of restaurants within few miles. Kitchen well furnished and spacious for several cooks. Enjoyed our visit. Fast trip to Jacksonville airport also made it convenient

We booked this as a rest atop after spending a few days at Disney! It was a wonderful home with an amazing view of the ocean and a place for us to rest before driving on home! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this home and it’s owners! Amazing and will def. Be a repeat visitor ❤️

Great house in great location

This is a great spot less than 10 minutes from historic St. Augustine. If you're looking for a quiet place steps from the beach, this is it. (As in, open your door and it's right there.) The view was amazing, including the night sky. The house is clean, well maintained, and the kitchen has all of the utensils you need if you want to cook. The property manager is very friendly and was very responsive to my questions about checking in and during my stay. I don't know what the beach is like during the middle of tourist season, but for our visit (mid-September), we just saw a few people on the beach during the day and almost felt like we had the water to ourselves at times. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay!

This property is exactly as described. Spacious and very clean. Owner easy to work with and responds quickly. Loved the back deck and only a few steps to the no drive beach. We had a great time and will definitely be returning. Thank you for allowing us to use your place!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end!

The pictures don't do it justice! We were in awe of the home as soon as we entered. The view from the balcony is wonderful! Great communication with the owner every step of the way. The location is GREAT! We loved the little town of Vilano - very laid back and quiet.

Amazing Views!

This was such a wonderful property! The home was clean and the host provided everything we needed for the week! Plenty of towels and linens, and the use of the garage was so convenient. Would absolutely recommend staying here, and we WILL be back! Location was ideal and the sunrise over the ocean every morning was incredible.

Relaxing Getaway

The Sundance house on the beach is absolutely amazing. All 3 bedrooms look out to the ocean. The master bedroom is on the top floor and opens right up to the large deck that overlooks the ocean. The beach is steps away with your own private beach access. All necessary amenities are provided for your use. There is a Publix less than 5 minutes up the road for your needs. There are also a few restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
