Right on Ocean, no roads to cross: New floor-to-ceiling windows were installed this season, and directly face the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy daily dolphin sightings as you eat breakfast or relax over a cocktail.
The spacious 18-by-25 foot oceanfront deck allows access from the master bedroom and the living room.
Watch the dolphins play from our deck. Collect shark teeth and shells during the day. Last year we had two turtle nests in front of our home. One family was lucky enough to see it!
The home is situated across from a nature preserve. And the dining area has an open deck that overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen also overlooks both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal.
Two bedrooms overlook the ocean. The master KING bedroom has a ten-foot sliding glass door providing direct access to the ocean and ocean views.
The master bedroom has a brand new, private, marble bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms ONE has twin beds ; one of these bedrooms overlooks the ocean. There is a KING BED in other bedroom.

Luxury rental: The spacious living room has 25-foot cathedral ceilings and a spiral staircase leading to a loft that overlooks the ocean. Outdoor amenities include a picnic table on the deck for outside dining. A charcoal and electric
grill are also available for your use. Our home is close to many golf courses. Downtown historic St. Augustine is just five minutes away, as is World Golf Village.
