One of the property’s main highlights is its private outdoor area, where you can relax and enjoy the Florida weather between theme park days. The east-facing private pool measures approximately 24 x 12 feet and is about 5 feet deep. The integrated spa features jets and provides an additional inviting space to unwind.

Inside, the single-story layout makes the home especially convenient for families and groups, with all four bedrooms located on the ground floor. Two bedrooms with King beds provide comfortable accommodations for couples, while the remaining bedrooms feature combinations of Full and Twin beds, making them ideal for larger families and children.

Guests also enjoy free Wi-Fi and complimentary parking, and the Veranda Palms clubhouse is just a short walk from the home.

The home’s convenient location makes it easy to enjoy everything Orlando has to offer. Disney is approximately 5 miles away, SeaWorld approximately 7 miles away, the Convention Center approximately 9 miles away, and Universal approximately 10 miles from the property.

EXTRA SERVICES

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

BBQ Grill: US$50 + 13.5% tax. Guests are responsible for replacing the propane tank. The fee covers final cleaning and normal wear and tear of the equipment.

Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. The maximum temperature is 95°F. The integrated spa is not a Jacuzzi, but it does feature jets and can only be heated when the pool heating system is activated. The pool and spa will maintain the same temperature. Because the system uses heat-exchange technology, its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the water from reaching the desired temperature.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is not a nightly fee. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.

The garage is not available for guest use.
