Welcome to Casa McLaren, managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). This condo is located in Piedra Viva Condominiums, one of the most central areas of Playa del Carmen, just steps from 5th Avenue and close to the beach, shopping centers, and restaurants.

The master bedroom features a Queen bed, ample closet space, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and a closet. Each room is equipped with high-speed Internet access and air conditioning.

In addition, the option of a third bedroom, with a terrace, is available. Check with your agent for availability and characteristics.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, breakfast bar, refrigerator, and microwave oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, complete with TV, books and board games for family entertainment and access to a private balcony.
Outside the building you will have access to a parking space.

Piedra Viva Condominiums has a community pool in the center of the building, equipped with showers and lounge chairs.

Please note that due to its central location on 5th Avenue, you may hear music from nearby restaurants or bars.
