Un Momento Beach House is a cherished retreat, held within the family for decades, that has been RENOVATED AND UPDATED, reflecting a commitment to maintaining a space where comfort meets modernity. Nestled along the pristine Pacific Coast at Faria Beach, our beachfront home offers unparalleled 180-degree views that stretch up and down the coastline. It is also a short walk from Mondo's surf beach. Every inch of Un Momento is designed to ensure a remarkable home-away-from-home experience that is perfect for couples and families.

Exclusive access to the beach via a newly installed, private, stainless steel staircase with double handrails ensures safety for all ages.

Two bright & open living areas, including the following:
- Oceanside family room holds a spacious L-shaped couch with a panoramic ocean views
- Samsung 65” 4K QLED Smart TV with HDMI hook-up ready for a gaming console (console not provided).
- Queen-sized pullout couch, with mattress topper, in entry living room
- Additional seating area and desk

Two bedrooms offer superior comfort with quality mattresses guaranteeing a restful sleep. The main bedroom contains:
- Luxurious king-sized bed
- Samsung 50” 4K QLED Smart TV
- Ocean views from several windows
- Ensuite bathroom - complete with a step-in shower that boasts generous water pressure

An additional full bath and a secondary bedroom with bunk beds, featuring a queen lower bunk and an extra large double upper bunk, accommodate your every need. The top bunk is accessed via an enclosed staircase, ensuring young ones' safety as they get in and out of bed. We've taken care of the details – sheets, linens, and towels (bath and beach) are all included, ensuring your stay is nothing short of perfection.

Un Momento is only 6 to 7 miles from downtown Ventura, offering a plethora of local delights such as restaurants, entertainment, and a charming harbor. Additionally, embark on a scenic 20-mile drive up the coast to explore the coastal gems of Santa Barbara or the quaint town of Carpinteria, each offering its unique allure.

For outdoor activity enthusiasts, our location is an ideal hub. Cycle along the well-paved bike paths, ride the waves in the area's renowned surfing spots, Mondos and Rincon, or explore the ocean via activities out of the Channel Island Harbor in Oxnard. Nature lovers can explore nearby hiking trails, and wine enthusiasts can partake in tastings, all within a short and scenic drive.

Enjoy the convenience of private parking in the garage for one small to medium car, or behind the secure gate for one to two medium to large cars. Additional parking is directly in front of the property for up to two more vehicles. Take note of the gentle coastal breeze that naturally keeps the home cool, supplemented by fans and small portable air conditioning units in the bedrooms for your comfort.

The property is professionally cleaned at the renter’s expense (part of the Host Fee) between each stay. For extended stays beyond two weeks, additional professional cleanings are required every two weeks, conveniently scheduled to suit guests and payable at arrival.

The other rules are contained in the rental agreement and addendums. Upon booking, the following agreements are required: Occupant booking and paying must sign the Rental Agreement & Addendum and provide a Photo ID & list of adults who will be staying overnight in the property. All adults (18+) staying overnight on the property must sign a Liability Waiver form prior to check-in.
