This Incredible 1Bed 1Bath Condo is located in the luxurious Marco Beach Ocean Resort. Unit 702 has a Full Ocean View, fully equipped kitchen with full size stove/oven, microwave, and small Fridge. It has a Family Room with Pull Out sofa sleeper, balcony overlooking the ocean and a separated bedroom with a king bed. Bathroom has a separate tub and shower .

PLEASE NOTE THAT 2 BEACH CHAIRS AND 6 BEACH TOWELS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU. THE HOTEL WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO USE THERE BEACH CHAIRS OR TOWELS. THE BUSINESS ROOM IS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE TO YOU BUT FREE WIFI IS IN THE ROOM.
March 1 2025 through June 1 2026 RENOVATIONS being done at different times at different locations on the building. Valet parking will be required during this time for your safety. No pool available until April 2026

Beds not comfortable at all

Great stay- 2nd time here

We were happy to come back a year after our first visit to this property. Check-in is a breeze at the front lobby. The best thing about this is the location. But the unit is very cute as well. Nice balcony, lots of beach amenities that are in the unit, comfy bed, huge bathroom. Kitchen with small fridge, Keurig, toaster, and everything you need. we enjoyed that it is walkable to so many of our favorite restaurants, and we walk the beach each morning..Thank you. We will be back.

Good location on Marco Island

We enjoyed the balcony for breakfast and easy beach access. But the building seemed mostly vacant, uninviting and lacking staff. Check in was confusing as the garage and the unit are in separate parts of the building necessitating use of 2 different elevators located a breezeway apart. Additionally the unit number has no relation to the number of floors up from ground level. Luckily we ran into another tenant who walked us through getting to the unit. The unit was comfortable however a full size refrigerator would have been preferable to the full size range/oven. The description did say the refrigerator was small but it was dorm-size small and had no freezer. The sofa had several stains and the remote for the bedroom TV had corroded batteries. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. It was fine for two people. Note damage insurance or a very steep refundable deposit was required. unit was comfortable

Stained bed sheets

Everything was great, I noticed fitted bed sheet had dried blood on them, couldn’t fine any in the apt, so we put towels over it. But a little gross. Otherwise all good.

Great location dated room

The overall property was nice but the condo needs to be fixed up and shown some love. The handle to the balcony is being held by tape and in order to actually use the sofa bed you need to move an extremely heavy marble table. I am pregnant and this was really hard. The towels are all extremely worn out and stained. And the college dorm style refrigerator froze my milk and food. The condo had a smell and when I asked the owner the said it was because the unit was unused for a week. The air vents all need to be cleaned and the filter was filthy. Make sure you bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner because I didn't realize that was not provided. The beach was wonderful and all the people in the condo were lovely.

Great Spring Break for 3!

We absolutely loved our one bedroom condo on the seventh floor as it was just perfect for my husband and I and our 17-year-old son. Although my son slept on the pullout couch all week, he said it was fine! The kitchenette had everything we needed as we only cooked / made breakfast daily. The only slight negative is the dorm-size fridge can only hold a few things, and low to ground, but we knew we were eating lunch and dinner out all week. Even though the condo view off balcony didn’t allow you to see much of the ocean, you can at least see the sunset amidst the palm trees and the beautiful grounds below! You can hear the ocean from deck at night, thanks to your window that opens in bedroom and balcony door open as it’s no big season! The beach directly in front of resort was fabulous and had few shells which we found difficult to walk on south of our beach area. We brought the wagon filled with the umbrella, 2 beach and 2 comfy lounge chairs to the beach and set up right by the water every day! It would have been nice to be able to use the complimentary resort chairs, but that is thru the hotel only, but often first few rows are filled early, so we didn’t have to sit way back from beach! Excellent food at the bar/mini restaurant on the walkway to beach!! Great to have bike rentals on property, only wished we could have used the plethora of tennis courts next door you see unused every day off our balcony! We had to go to the public tennis court center which was great!

Bare Bones "Condo"

Although the location is great and if you look over the Palm trees, you can see ocean (mostly blocked), and the bed and TV's were great, this is a small condo. The kitchen is tiny with a very small refrig/freezer and no dishwasher (you). Meaning very small. We had to put our drinks in the bathtub with ice to put any food in the frig. Also, there is no laundry nor any on property. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There were little chips of soap. There was one wash cloth, one hand towel and other bath/beach towels were not soft, but functional. As in the description, the owner does not participate in the resort, but does have an umbrella and beach chairs with a wagon to haul them out to the beach and set them up yourself. We chose not to. Parking in their deck was included. Marco Island is wonderful, and overall this condo facility was alright.

Great Location

We had a wonderful 2 week stay! The unit was clean. We love walking the beach. The small kitchen and fridge are perfect for preparing breakfast on the balcony. The owner was very responsive.

Way Too much money for too little value

Stayed just 2 nights. Accommodations were quite expensive and overpriced for a dated unit. We were disappointed. The resort grounds are well maintained on the outside but unit looked like it had not been updated. The shower floor and soap holder need a good cleaning. Towels were rough not soft. I will stay in a hotel going forward as it would offer more.
