Enjoyed our stay! Clean and furnishings were comfortable!!Only “negative” was the driveway is a little steep and with larger suv hard to get into parking space and to turn around to drive back out..Very nice place!

Great stay Private, good room, very clean and excellent location. We are on the elderly side and might make a difference to some people if stairs were mentioned. Will definitely recommend to others.

This was our favorite place of several during two weeks in Oregon. Very clean, nicely decorated, and convenient to several shopping and restaurant areas.

Seaview is a clean, comfortable, quiet space. The ocean is visible from the back deck – it’s in the distance, but it’s close enough that you can clearly make out breaking waves. They have a small collection of DVDs that happened to include several of our favorites, so we watched a movie each night we were there. The instructions they provided for the TV were generally good, but we couldn’t get Netflix to work (we got an error saying this TV wasn’t included on the family’s plan). The list of restaurants in their binder was out of date (Yolk is now called Poach503, and the address for the Happy Elephant was wrong). They don’t provide any coffee, tea or bottled water, but by our 2nd morning we had stocked up and were able to make coffee. It felt like the place had more rules and a longer check-out to-do list than I’m used to in a vacation rental property, but nothing too bothersome. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Our little Getaway

We found the unit clean and comfortable, great value for the rate charged. Surrounding area views were spectacular. Local town was quant and the beach was great. Will stay again.

Seavirw vacation

We love the space and it is our second or third time staying here. It is a cosy hideaway easily accessible to the beach and shopping. Looking forward to our next stay when we return to Manzanita.

We had a wonderful stay in this VRBO. The description was accurate - the place was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. We loved being able to see the ocean from the deck and enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood. The kitchen was spotless - It was a good value for the price. Thanks for making the stay so pleasant.We did run into a small issue going to the address. It's probably my mistake but we went to the wrong address because it wasn't clear which unit was 'ours.' It would have been nice to have had a tip about that in the instructions, but seriously that was not a big deal.

Lovely anniversary stay!

Really appreciated quality of such details as : available tide charts / great info folder on Manzanita and nearby hikes, places to eat , etc . Sitting on the little deck at any given time of day and hearing the ocean was wonderful! Thanks much

Perfect for two people

Great location, small but good for a couple as a home base while enjoying the surroundings. We thought it was clean and well kept. Watch the stairs, steep and a little slippery but not a big deal. We’ve rented it twice and will again. Close to a little walkway down to the awesome beach. Close to town. Kitchenware, TV, and wifi could all use an update, but not a deal breaker. Great beach apartment.

Lovely location for our babymoon getaway

My husband and I spent a few days here on our babymoon. It was a great location with a beautiful beach just a 5 min walk down the road. Manzanita Beach town was really cute with a good selection of shops and restaurants. 10 min drive north to Cannon Beach and 30 min drive south to Tillamook. The condo was comfortable and quiet, and wi-fi signal was great – my husband and I worked remotely part of the time during our stay and both took Zoom calls with no issues. It was also nice having an upstairs and downstairs so we could have separate work spaces. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was clean and convenient to find. It's a bit of an older condo (70s/80s) but in great condition. Loved sitting on the back deck and looking at the ocean when the sun came out for a bit!
