Tastefully decorated and comfortable, this condo is about getting away from the hustle and bustle to spend time with family, friends and nature. Spend your mornings sitting on the balcony sipping a cup of coffee and watching dolphins swim off shore. Use our guest beach chairs and beach umbrella provided free or you can rent from the vender on the beach during summer season to enjoy a day in the sand.

This condo sleeps 4 with a King bed in the master suite and also a queen sofa bed in the living room. It features a cozy great room with a seating and dining area, a comfortable Queen size Eazy bed for extra guests, a flat screen TV, cable and Wifi. There is a half bath off the living area. You will find the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, and a spacious full bathroom with tub and shower combo.. There are linens, books, games, movies and beach chairs and unbrella provided for your convenience. In the evenings, grill fresh seafood poolside or watch the sunset from the balcony.

You will also have access to all of the Perdido Sun building amenities: 300 feet of beach with beach service for purchase during summertime, a large outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and showers, laundry facility, conference room with kitchen, 24 hour security cameras in the main resort area, three (3) elevators, and an inviting lobby. We also have a special outdoor guest closet that is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, beach and pool toys for you to use during your stay. In addition, we also provide beach towels for your stay.
