The Space:

Welcome to Holland, MA - your serene lakeside retreat awaits! This private, single-family home offers a cozy yet spacious environment with 2 bedrooms plus a bunkhouse, accommodating up to 9 guests comfortably. Inside, the spare room boasts two twin XL beds, while the primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed. The bunkhouse provides additional sleeping space with 4 twin beds, perfect for the kids. Need an extra sleeping arrangement? Utilize the twin XL daybed in the kitchen, waking up to beautiful views of the water.



In total, there are two bedrooms and a bunkhouse to accommodate guests during your stay, for easy planning, here are the bedroom layouts:



Primary Bedroom: king size bed

Bedroom 2: two twin XL beds

Bunkroom: four twin size beds

Common Area: twin XL daybed



Step into the newly remodeled bathroom with a stand-up shower, and don't forget to indulge in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water - a must for summer relaxation!



The open kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and custom cabinetry, equipped with everything you need for cooking meals, including an air fryer, toaster, and Ninja Dual Brew XL coffee maker. Please note, there is no dishwasher.



Gather around the indoor dining table that seats 6 for family meals and enjoy lake views. Even better, enjoy the 6 person patio dining table with a firepit in the middle!



Relax by watching the brand new Samsung Frame TV providing access to a variety of shows on your streaming channels for enjoyment and comfortable seating in the living room.



Outside, soak in the beauty of the lake from the multi-layered deck or enjoy fireside chats by one of the outdoor gas fireplaces.



Venture down to the private dock and waterfront to use the (two) kayaks or the stand-up paddleboard. Take advantage of the wood-burning fire pit by the shoreline or grill up a feast at the propane grill on the deck.



With convenient access to I-84, you're just minutes away from Sturbridge and a short drive to Boston, Providence, and Hartford. Whether you're savoring sunsets from the west-facing home or waking up to morning coffee watching the sunrise, this lakefront oasis offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. Other things to get excited about:

-Tile flooring in the kitchen/bathrooms and lvp/hardwood floors in the rest of the house.

-Central air conditioning to help keep you cool. The bunkhouse is not heated but has air conditioning.

-Our parking area can fit three vehicles.

- Laundry (washer and dryer) available for your use.

- Tons of outdoor patio furniture to be comfortable reading a book or laying out in the sun!

- Steep stairs required to get to the house as well as to the water, this should be consider for those with limited mobility



Please keep in mind:

-The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain present at the property for the entire duration of the stay.



Other Things to Note:

We look forward to welcoming you soon, standard rules like no smoking, no partying, no pets, and being respectful of the neighbors apply. Please note that guests must provide their own firewood for the outdoor fire pit.



As for the parking, please park cautiously near the hillside to avoid accidents. Look for designated parking signs and avoid using neighbors' driveways. The driveway is a pull-off right off the road, not down the steep hill in front of the house. We have space for up to three cars. All guests must agree to be off the exterior spaces by 9PM and keep music down at all times, the house is in close proximity to the neighbors.



Don't worry about accidental damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee of up to $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property, including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800, will be covered at no charge to you as long as the damage is reported to your host before you depart.
