Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet small-town cottage. This property is newly renovated and ready to hold some of your favorite travel memories. Minutes from Radford University and only 25 minutes from downtown Blacksburg and Virginia Tech, this is a great place to stay with the family for planned activities around the New River Valley, with luxury furniture and thoughtful amenities, you and your group are guaranteed a great time choosing our cottage as your home away from home.

Stay at our beautiful home located in downtown Radford that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. With a large back porch, a grill and a propane firepit, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your family and friends.

This gorgeous house boasts three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom located on the main floor, features a comfortable queen-size bed and has its own in suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a comfortable queen-size bed with a reading nook. The third and final bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

The fully supplied kitchen is perfect for cooking delicious meals, and the dining room has ample space to seat everyone. You'll love spending time in the living room, complete with an electric fireplace that creates a warm and inviting ambiance.

Outside, the property features a grill and fire pit, and ample seating making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

For those who can't bear to be away from their favorite shows or movies, our TVs are equipped with Roku, which allows guests to stream any service they prefer. Plus, our property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your four-legged friends along for the trip!

Other things to note:
There is a Ring doorbell on the property for security reasons. There are also two exterior security cameras on the property. One above the Shed door and one on the back door. These are for us to verify cleaners and handymen have prepared the property for your stay!

PETS
We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.
At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, VRBO will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones.
If you want to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at $150 per pet.

Home is in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and has most everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Our host Frank kept us updated on things we needed to know before, after and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cottage

The rental process was very east, and the host provided quick replies to our questions. The home is very clean, cheery, close to Radford university and local destinations. Our family enjoyed the amenities and the space was perfect for 6 adults for the weekend. We will definitely return and stay in this home for our next visit to Radford.

Holiday family gathering

Great stay for a holiday gathering with family. All the things needed to host a family dinner were available. The back patio space is perfect for hanging out. The addition of a blind over the kitchen sink and a fenced in back yard would be awesome additions.

Super cute!

We loved our stay at the yellow bird cottage! We were visiting to attend a VT football game and this location only took about 20-25 minutes to reach Blacksburg. It is adorable and cozy. There is a fantastic deck and yard out back. We also enjoyed relaxing by the cozy fireplace after a long day.

The Most Adorable Cottage!
