The guesthouse shares a private driveway with the main residence with parking up to 5 cars. The outdoor space, including a massive yard, pier and boathouse, is also shared sometimes with the main residence.

We understand that your furry friend is part of the family, which is why we welcome small dog (less than 50 lbs) for an additional $50 fee per stay. Please remember to keep our property pristine by picking up after your pet daily.

Your comfort is our priority, which is why we provide the essential basics like a bottle of shampoo, shower gel, bathroom towels for 8, and a a roll of kitchen paper towels, bathroom tissues, laundry and dishwasher detergents along with basic cookware, cups, and plates in the kitchen. Please use laundry machines to reuse the towels if you stay longer need more towels. Again, kitchen supplies are very basic, for some guests need to do serious cooking, may have to bring your own kitchen supplies and spices or buy them at nearby supermarkets or shops.

The residence is located in a quiet neighborhood and so we only allow parties on a case-by-case approval basis.
