Great Beachside House

Our extended family loved staying at this property. The view was gorgeous and it was steps away from the beach. House was immaculate, plenty of room for everyone, and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.

Great property and beautiful ocean view. Check in and check out were extremely easy and everyone had a wonderful time. Would definitely come back!

The downstairs was more than we even hoped for. We had 4 young rambunctious boys and there was enough space for them to run around.

The cleanliness wasn't up to our standards but when we called to have it addressed, they came and cleaned. Tents can not be put up behind a certain point on the beach, so bring umbrellas and a good wagon to haul stuff! There was plenty of room for our 5 teens and 6 adults and 1 child! Huge kitchen and living area! All rooms are upstairs with the laundry! There was a half bath on the main floor which was easy and convenient! Only master room has view and the others look at the places pool behind the house. There is another unit attached to this so parking is limited. We had 3 vehicles and that was max - the other group that came in behind us had 5 and parked in our spots but moved when asked.

Great space for our large group

We had great views and great space for family fun in this large unit. We had mostly everything we needed (it would have been nice to have a few basic staples already there-- like salt and pepper). Only minor complaints were that the dryer would often take 3-4 cycles to dry clothe and the sofa and chairs could probably use an upholstery cleaning. Overall, we would definitely recommend the unit to others!

The condo is very large, sleeps numerous people, and the location makes it easy to get on the beach. We enjoyed our stay.Things that need attention: the kitchen sink backed up twice (we used a plunger to resolve the issue) and the dishwasher isnt secured to the cabinets which results in the dishwasher tilting/falling forward every time you use it. Minor but still needs proper attention for the price you pay to rent it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back!

AMAZING HOUSE!

This house is everything you could want and more. Very clean, well decorated, open floor plan accommodated our party of 9 with 4 dinner guests for a shrimp/crab boil. House Included 4 rental chairs with 2 umbrellas set up on the beach daily, made the bargain hunter in me very happy. Kids enjoyed the bunkroom. The extra ice maker made for never running out of ice. Couches/chairs comfortable. Beds are good but not great. Onsite Parking plentyful, free.

older ladies trip

Had a blast place ,place was very nice & cozy .walking distance to beach was perfect just wish they had a hose down stairs to rinse things off . If you plan on cooking bring pots you think you might need.Big ice maker was not worker we called they came 2 times still not working .Had trouble drying clothes had to dry twice . But I would diffidently come back .

We loved our stay in this spacious home. Easy walk to the beach and enjoyed the pool. We called the management company for two issues. They showed up immediately to fix the problem. The dryer vent needed cleaning. We ad wet clothes. The repair guy carefully removed them a when he finished he actually put the wet towels back in the dryer and started it again!!! Although the kitchen was very well stocked I would suggest adding some pans to cook noodles and spaghetti. Can’t wait to return.

Spacious Beach House

The house was clean and very spacious for our group. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach as well as having our own private area on the beach without the crowds. Our only complaint was that the WiFi didn’t work for our unit and we called and had a maintenance order put in but when the guy came to look at it, he didn’t know what was wrong either. So we ended up logging in to another unit’s WiFi for the remainder of our stay.

Girls Trip Getaway

Great View, Great Location, Great Time. Mold/mildew issue. The home was spacious and comfortable with a short walk to the beach and a nice pool with a view. The home was sparse on kitchen items and we had some concerns about mold/mildew around vents on the second floor ceilings. It was substantial.

Nice Duplex

We wanted a place that gave us some privacy instead of a condo with hundreds of people. This was the perfect place! Just a few steps away from the beach the pool was there and we always had it to ourselves.

Orange Beach Get Away

Beautiful property with a great view. extremely well stocked kitchen and well appointed rooms. Easy access to the pool and beach and well situated to restaurants and grocery stores. Excellent rental.
