This spacious, beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, condo located in East of the Sun is close and within walking distance to everything you need to enjoy a week or more at the beach! After spending your days on the beaches of Fenwick Island, Delaware or Ocean City, Maryland, enjoy the community pool that is only steps from your front door, or play a game of tennis.

This unit is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, miniature golf, bicycle rentals, and ice cream shops. Surrounded by quiet streets to walk and bike along bayfront. You can even walk to a great cafe in the morning for your coffee and breakfast. Enjoy the large deck that overlooks a calm stream that flows through the community. There is plenty of parking and the unit is equipped with everything to make your stay like home. NO smoking, NO Pets.
In the summer high season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) we only accept weekly rentals.

The owner's communication was excellent from our original booking request throughout checkout. The property itself was the perfect layout for gathering family together but maintaining the ability to have private space as well. We would have appreciated knowing there were beach chairs available and we would need to bring our own linens from the website listing of amenities instead of finding out through info sent with check-in info 3 days out. I wish we had taken pictures to add to the property listing - balcony with furniture and shade umbrella were great, as were the dining table and kitchen barstools - but, we were too busy taking advantage of the short walk to the lighthouse, the beach, restaurants, etc.. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Lovely community and great location

We all had a great time! We really enjoyed the option to break up the beach trips by relaxing at the pool. It was super convenient to not have to pack chairs and other beach tools as there were more than enough at the property! It really was a lovely time all around!

Clean Spacious Beach Condo

Very clean and well kept beach condo. Quite complex with all the amenities. We only slept at the condo but it was comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend! Perfect for families of 6-8.

Great place in Fenwick Island!

We loved staying here. The place has plenty of room for a family. We ended up driving to the beach as the walk was a bit long with kids and all of our stuff. We would definitely book again!

Great Condo in a Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great with convenient walks to good restaurants, activities like mini-golf, water park, etc. as well as the beach. The on-site pool was also very great and we spent a lot of time there with the kids as well. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed to be very comfortable as well. The condo is also very spacious and was a great size for our family of 5.

The place was great. The walls are a little thin May I suggest moving the upstairs queen bed to the other side of the room. Other than that the vacation was perfect.

Wonderful stay!

The location was great! It is centrally located and we were able to visit towns from Rehoboth to Ocean City very easily. There was plenty of room in the condo for 3 adults and 4 kids. We loved the balcony! Lots of little touches like board games and a highchair and pack and play helped it feel like home. There was a little mix up with not having fobs for the pool, but the owners helped us solve it. Thank you for a great week!

Enjoyed our stay. Perfect condo & location for our needs. Loved the condo set up & pool. Everything needed was there & more. Highly recommend. Only negative thing is that it could in my opinion use a professional cleaning instead of from the people before us. But Iā€™m a cleaning lady myself and I see things others donā€™t. Would definitely stay again. Owner was great to communicate with.

We had such a great time with our family ! The place is wonderful, especially the pool. The pool is close to the Condo but the beach is over a half mile away.That was the only drawback from staying there .But the pool is so worth it .We would definitely stay there again .

Nice family friendly beach condo on Fenwick!

My family arrived with delight to this very clean and spacious condo! We have an 8 month and 4 year old and felt like all amenities have been thought of from the pack and play, the sand toys, beach cart and chairs, everything was very nice! We had too much baby and beach gear to walk to the beach but it is definitely do-able! The pool was great as well as the complex and within walking distance to a great playground! Would recommend a trip to Fenwick at East of the Sun!
