This home is a Nature Lovers paradise 6 houses away from a small private beach on the canal. An expansive wrap-around deck with views of the homes meticulously maintained gardens l.2.5 miles from the center of Cape May. This home has been gently lived in and loved by the original owners and is being rented for the first time. The 4th bedroom is entered through bedroom with 2 single beds perfect for children. This home has a stair lift. We hope you enjoy this home as much as the original owners.

This spacious home built in 1994 was designed for entertaining, memory making and an appreciation for nature. Enter the front door and you`ll find a tiled foyer, an elegant living room with filled with comfortable furniture beautiful parquet hardwood floors, a large eat-in kitchen with a granite island, a sitting area with a fireplace, and a half bath with laundry area. A light-filled sunroom leads to an expansive wrap-around deck overlooking an English garden that backs up to the protected wetlands. The house is located on a cul-de-sac just 6 houses from a private beach on the canal. Walk up the elegant stairway to the 2nd floor or take the stair lift and you will find a large, primary suite and sitting area with a view of the canal, a bath large vanity, shower, and a soaking tub. The 2 additional bedrooms share a hall bath. There is a 4th bedroom over the garage this extra space has a single bed and aNd is accessed through the bedroom with 2 single beds and is perfect for children. Easy access to Cape May and Wildwood Crest via Rt. 109 or West Cape May and the Ferry and the bay via Rt. 9. This property is close to beaches, restaurants, wineries, distilleries, breweries, marina, whale watching excursions and bird sanctuaries.
This home has been gently lived in and loved by the original owners and is being rented for the first time. We hope you enjoy this home as much as the original owners.

A few weekdays in Cape May

House has lots of room for a family to spread out in. A short drive to the beach, town and also to inland attractions like breweries, wineries, the zoo etc.

Great location, comfortable home, awesome town!

This was our second visit to Cape May and we were not disappointed! The house was located within a few miles of the main points of interest, including Sunset Beach, Cape May light, Washington Square Mall, Wildwood and the Cape May zoo. There was plenty of room for the six of us, including when we had a friend over for dinner. The porch and surrounding garden added a lot to the charm of this place. The canal was just a short walk away though it's not really a beach and there's not that much room to walk on it. Still, we had some lovely views of the sunset most evenings. Overall, this was a great bargain in a great town!

Perfect Spot for Our Family

Our family had gathered for a memorial service and needed a place for seven adults, two children, and two dogs. This spot was perfect. It had plenty of beds for all of us. Great indoor and outdoor space for visiting and retreating from the day's activity, and a great neighborhood to walk and enjoy. It was quiet and close to everything we needed to visit. Great stay! Great value!

Lovely location for a family reunion!

We stayed here with our extended family to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We loved the house - roomy enough for 12 people. The property managers were super responsive and very hospitable! Only thing that could be better is that the kitchen could have more big sized utensils, they had plenty of plates, cups and bowls, so that was good, but we had to reheat food We had catered in small batches in the microwave.

Pleasant stay

Our stay was early fall for a beach wedding. The location worked out well for our family although it isn’t in the downtown of cape may! The house had plenty of room and was clean. I would question the description of private beach nearby! Otherwise would entertain another visit!

The house was lovely & the location was excellent, allowing for easy access to all Cape May has to offer yet provided an away -from -it -all quiet place to land in the evening. The big table in the kitchen was perfect for kids to be drawing and adults to be catching up with each other. The kids loved their room Which made them feel like they had their own special place. The owner communicated well with a great upbeat attitude! It was just a great experience.

Great neighborhood , great host!

We stayed here for a long weekend for a girls trip to Cape May and enjoyed our time. The host was excellent. Phenomenal communication and responsiveness. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth check-in process. The property was a good size and the bedrooms were spacious with very large closets. The bedrooms were very clean with nice linens. Lots of dining space and areas to sit down together with a group at a table. The living room furniture was a bit formal and on the smaller side which is a bit challenging if you have more than 4-5 people trying to sit comfortably. It is lacking a coffee table as well. This was more of a personal preference for our group- but for a house at the beach it is not always necessary as you'll be outside most of the time! Convenient location, cute and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Very close to all locations. The outdoor space was nice especially the front porch. The one downside was that the outdoor shower did not work and the door did not lock so we were unable to use it. The house is charming but if you are someone who likes a brand new house just be aware that parts of the house are bit dated. It seems like the hosts have been updating and upgrading parts of the house. It did not hinder or impact any part of our stay. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to stay here!
