Gorgeous Brigantine Beach Club with 2 pools and Fantastic Beach

The unit always says it is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a 3rd sleeping area/pullout couch in the living room. Heather messaged me on the second to last day of her stay, saying that her daughter had some bites. I asked her to send me pictures of the bedding, but she never did. My cleaning crew does a thorough cleaning of the unit for every new guest. The cleaning crew made sure to wash the bed covers thoroughly for the next turn, but guests always bring their own linens and towels. I have not had any other complaints from guests before or after Heather's stay, so it is likely she received them from the beach. If Heather had communicated with me earlier, I would have sent in the cleaning crew again during her stay.

I am sorry that they did not enjoy your stay. I have brand new air conditioners in every room, and brand new windows as well, if guests want to open them and enjoy the beautiful Brigantine weather. I have had hundreds of five star reviews on another site, and work hard to maintain my ratings. I never heard anything from this guest during their entire week stay, and feel blindsided that they posted this negative review. I guess there is no pleasing some people, but communication is vital with me as a host to see if there is something I can do to fix any problem. The bathrooms are top notch, as mentioned, and the unit is exactly as pictured in the photos. The Beach Club is a great place to enjoy Brigantine Beach, the pools, and the relaxed vibe. Needless to say, Jihane is welcome to find someplace else to rent next time.
