Head to nearby Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center and marvel at the diverse bird species that call this coastal oasis home. Visit Roberts Point Park for a relaxing day by the water, or enlist Dolphin Dock Inc. for an unforgettable dolphin-watching tour.

When you return home from the beach, take a refreshing rinse in the convenient outdoor shower. Then, step inside and be greeted by original hardwood flooring that adds to the character of this vacation home. This home is not just a piece of Texas history but also a modern-day showcase of local artists, featuring original pieces that depict various eras of Port Aransas and the nostalgic Texas Gulf Coast. Lounge comfortably in the large living area watching your favorite streaming service (guests must log in using their own credentials) or break out one of the provided board games. Culinary enthusiasts will love the chef's kitchen which includes stainless steel appliances, a high-end range hood, and a breakfast bar.

The massive covered porch with ceiling fans is an excellent spot for enjoying the sea breeze and socializing with loved ones as dinner sears on the gas grill. As the day winds down, the plush beds promise each and every one of your guests a good night's rest.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
