We had a great time on our recent Smokies trip, and the property provided a nice place for our group to stay. Kids had really fun at the pool. Adulta had relaxed time at the Jacuzzi .However, we did notice a few maintenance issues during our stay. One of the couches in the living room was broken, one of the dining chairs was loose, the knob in the master bathroom was not working, and one side panel of the pool table was loose because some screws were missing.These were relatively minor issues, but it would have been better if the host had inspected the property and taken care of these repairs before our booking. Addressing these maintenance concerns in advance would help ensure a more comfortable and hassle-free experience for future guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. It was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty to keep everyone entertained between the indoor pool, hot tub, game room, and theater room. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the downstairs king beds were incredibly comfortable. The theater room was such a great touch because those who wanted to watch tv on a big screen with big sound could do so while the rest of the group had quiet time or enjoyed other activity without the tv. We also greatly appreciated the accessibility with the ramp outdoor and the wider doorways as one of our guests was in a wheelchair. The cabin has some beautiful details, particularly the balcony railing overlooking the living area. We also loved having three balconies overlooking the mountains out back. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Our hostess was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We had an internet issue when we arrived, and she immediately worked with the provider and technician to get it resolved quickly. She was also quick to help with a couple of other things during our stay, which we really appreciated. As with any large cabin with so many amenities, there were a few minor things that could use attention, but nothing that took away from our vacation. We had a great time, made some wonderful family memories, and appreciated the owner’s hospitality and would certainly return.

This cabin is incredible!! The pool, hot tub, movie theater and game room was the perfect set up for everyone that varied from all age ranges. Thank you! We would definitely book again and recommend.

Overall the cabin was pretty clean. Noted were a few drink marks on nightstands/end tables. Maintenance items noted were….The pool area dehumidifier did not work during our stay, the repairman could not access the outside unit due to vegetation growth. Because of this mold was forming on the pool room walls. The pool temperature was like a spa, too hot. The Spa didn’t initially work. These 2 items were fixed during our stay.The washing machine lid interlock bracket was rusted off and jumpered out inside the machine and needed to be reset by pulling a circuit board outside the machine. The seat upholstery on some of the theater seats was torn.Eleven of us stayed for 8 days and were told garbage would only be picked up after checkout. We were told to let extra garbage in the kitchen. It seems like most of the tenants are for a weekend or a couple of week days, they need to provide garbage pickup for longer stays. Also, those on shorter stays may not be as vigilant at reporting stuff that’s broken. Overall the 6 bedroom cabin had lots of room for our group and the kitchen was well appointed.

Wonderful

We had a great time! Pool, hot tub, game room, movie room were all fantastic. Plenty of room for our family. Pool was warm too which was great and not always the case at other places we’ve stayed! Even saw some black bears :). Will definitely visit again!

Amazing!

Cabin was everything we hoped for! 15 of us stayed with plenty of room to spread out! Nice paved road up to the cabin. Great WIFI speed. The cabin was amazing and communication with the host was easy! Highly recommend!

Amazing stay for our extended family

The cabin is welled laid out. Plenty to keep several children and adults occupied. The drive up the mountain wa a much easier than most cabins we’ve stayed at. The pool was warm. Communicating with the manager was easy and prompt. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful sunsets

This home was amazing with beautiful views and everything you could want or need. The home was clean and finally a place that had enough towels and washcloths. The owners were always available and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend!

AWESOME HOUSE

The house was perfect for my family of 11. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room. The view was spectacular. The kitchen was large enough to fit everyone. I would not hesitate to return in the future. Host communicated extremely well and the checkout was made very easy. Thank you so much.

Senior Trip

This was the perfect property for our 5-day visit to the area. Plenty of space for gathering in the kitchen, dining area, living room, and game/theater rooms. Our group enjoyed all the fun amenities. Walmart grocery delivery made large-group meals very easy for us. Our host communicated well with us and responded quickly to our questions. The water pressure was low at times, but that is to be expected at a mountain property. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Great Family Trip!

The house was very spacious for our group of 14. The kids loved the pool, movie room, hot tub, and a all of the extras. It was a quick drive to Pigeon Forge and Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Great communication with the host throughout the booking process and during the stay when needed. We also appreciated that there was not a long list of chores to complete during checkout! I would highly recommend this house for a large group.

Property was as presented… clean, perfectly outfitted and the host communication could NOT have been more involved. We had NO issues but I’m absolutely confident that if we had, we would have had instant answers and help. Highly recommend

View was awesome

This cabin was on top the mountain but paved road the entire way. Was true to the listing. All bedrooms were spacious. Easy drive to town. Hot tub very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Keurig available. Some sort of relief needed for the afternoon sun. 13 of us had a wonderful time and made many memories.

Best Property We've Ever Stayed at in TN!

This cabin is AMAZING! We didn't even want to leave the cabin! Stayed here with 20 people and felt very spacious. The nerf guns were a huge hit to all of kids, such a cool amenity. Pool was used a lot too. Never seen those digital pinball machines before, it was really neat! The bedrooms are huge and very comfy beds. Super clean nice cabin. A lot of the furniture looks to be pretty new also. Location is just under 10min from the action in Pigeon Forge. The Metcalf Bottoms entrance to GSMNP is right around the corner too! We went there and hiked after checking out. Our elder parents loved the easy roads to the cabin. All paved and no scary mountain driving. We will be booking again for sure! Thanks again!

Such a great stay! Our only complaint would be that the mattress on my particular bed was not comfortable. The couch in the game room was worn out. The sectional in the main living room needed some repair as well. The firepit didn’t work and the porch rockers look worn out—just need a paint job. The porches were nice—just needed more chairs. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Great hottub, pool, pool table, game room. So spacious!

We had a wonderful family vacation. Loved all the space, pool, hot tub and comfortable furnishings. The view is spectacular and we also appreciated proximity to attractions in the area.

The house was great. The host was very responsive. We had a few problems with the hot tub and pool. We were able to resolve the hot tub, bit we're not able to use the pool due to the heater not working and it was too cold. The couches were both very worn, one was broken and needs to be replaced. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, just a few small disappointments.
