Cozy Coastal Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful coastal retreat. This two bedroom town home was designed with family in mind. The home is located only a couple of blocks off of the beautiful emerald shores of Panama City Beach. So pack your bags and come prepared to sit back and relax at this cozy Coastal Retreat!

Crescent Beach Neighborhood near Lower Grand Lagoon. Located nearest to Beach access 11 and 12. 5 minute drive to St. Andrews State Park where you can catch the ferry to Shell Island. 20 minute drive to the historic Bay Saint Andrews.

Parking is free in the private driveway - up to 2 cars.

For Direct Bookings - 50% of the total will be billed to your credit card at the time of your reservation. The remaining 50% will be billed 30 days prior to your check-in date. For bookings where the check-in is within 30 days the full payment will be collected at the time of the reservation. The security deposit of $200 will be collected during your stay. It is scheduled to be refunded, in full, 4 days after check-out assuming no damages or excessive cleaning fees are incurred.
Check in is at 4 pm, check out is 10 am. Early check-in's may not always be possible and are subject to additional fees.
No parties.
No smoking.
No extra guests.
The driveway can accommodate two cars side by side (or your boat/golf cart). Off street parking is available. The driveway is shared with my neighbor thus parking is allowed only on the right side of the building.

VRBO, Hostaway, guests will incur a $200 security deposit that will be pre-authorized three days prior to check out.
