Beach House Ocean Views, Private Beach Yard Large Pets, Free Kayaks & SUP

Our little piece of paradise “Shore Thang”, is located on Front Beach Road directly across from the private, Sunnyside Beach! No need to take a car to the beach, as it is so close you can walk back to the house to refill your drink! The house is a three bedroom, two bath, 1150Sf home with a 300 Sf deck overlooking the beautiful emerald colors of the Gulf of Mexico. You can view amazing sunsets as well as fireworks from Pier Park, which is located only a couple of miles away. Also only about three miles away is the very scenic 30A.

*Recent updates for 2025 include all new headboards and mattress in all the rooms. We have upgraded all the mattress to a hybrid memory foam, with a medium to plush comfort. We have also upgraded the bunkbed room to include a Full size bunk bed, vs the former smaller twin bunk bed. We have also purchased new a new living room set, expanding the seating with a couch and loveseat.

Our home, recently renovated, including all stainless steel appliances including a full-size fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, Built in Ice Maker and three zone wine/beverage fridge. Sherwin Williams paint colors and wood ceilings provide a warm and inviting beachy feeling. It is the perfect place to relax when winding down after a day at the beach! We have all new bedding including Simmons Memory foam hybrid mattresses in both the Master and Guest Bedroom. It also has all the features of home, including a coffee maker, blender, filtered water, filtered ice and a washer & dryer.

This home has three full bedrooms (no bunk beds built into a hallway like some condos), with a King in the Master, Queen in the first guest room and a bunk bed (Twin over full) in the second guest room. It also has a pull out couch. With the open floor plan, you are never away from your guests while cooking dinner or fixing a quick lunch between beach trips. It also has a private, fully fenced and gated backyard with a gas grill that is available for you to use.

We have free, wireless high speed internet (Comcast - 400MPS) available for your use. Our home does not have cable package, but we have RUKU TV's in the Livingroom and bedroom, with a Philo TV package. You can also use any of your current streaming apps.

The home does come with a couple of toys for our guests including two paddle boards and two sea kayaks . These are available for our guests at no extra charge, all that is ask is you treat them as your own and put them back when finished.

The home has two bathrooms, including a large walk in shower in the master and a full bathtub with detachable sprayer in the guest bedroom. We also have an outdoor shower (Hot and Cold water) to wash everything off after a day at the beach.

The private backyard is fenced in with a small amount of grass perfect for dogs to enjoy.

Location, Location, Location! No need to pack up the car to head to the beach. Use our provided beach cart and walk across the street. You are only a short drive to some of the best attractions Panama City Beach has to offer, but far enough away from the crowds and congestion. We are only a short drive to Thomas Donuts, Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, St. Andrews Bay, Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Water Color and Grayton Beach. One trip to Publix, only two miles way, and you are set for the week. We have a full-size, 26 cf French door fridge for you load up with all your goodies so you can make less trips!

Our home is SMOKEFREE, WELL BEHAVED PETS ALLOWED, with no size or weight restrictions. While our home is pet friendly, we still fall under the rules of Bay County, so dogs are not allowed on the beach. We are about 4 miles from the dog beach at Pier park.

Reservations not accepted for vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent during entire stay. Chaperoned groups are not accepted. Restrictions apply regarding number of people a parent or legal guardian may accompany.
