Pointe West BRAND-NEW luxury custom home, 5 BR/ 4 BA amazing view of West Bay!

Immerse yourself in the relaxing sunset views of the bay from the decks of Sunset Bliss in the beautiful resort-style community of Pointe West. This newly built 5 bedroom/4 bath custom home accommodates 15 guests and is ideal for multiple families or an extended family group.
Enjoy the open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas in this tastefully decorated home.
The custom-built cabinets in the kitchen are fully stocked with items including a crockpot, air fryer, blender, electric griddle, both a Keurig and a grounds coffee brewer, waffle maker, and a panini maker. The large dining table seats 10 for family dinners and game nights. There is a pack and play and highchair provided for the little ones.
The home has five bedrooms and four full baths. On the main level, you will find two bedrooms each with a king bed. Each of these two bedrooms has an attached bathroom. Upstairs you will find another king bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is a bunk room upstairs with two twins over queens. This large bunk room has a sectional sofa and TV area for the kids to have a space of their own to watch movies or play one of the many board games provided. Also, upstairs is the fifth bedroom which has a queen bed and twin over twin kids’ bunks. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway upstairs.
The living room and all five bedrooms have wall mounted Smart TVs with streaming. The downstairs
bedrooms and living room also have cable TV in addition to streaming. Full WIFI is available throughout the house.
On the ground floor, make memories playing ping pong, cornhole, or giant jenga as you prepare dinner on either the propane grill or the charcoal grill. Sand toys, beach wagon, and beach chairs are all available for your use in the storage area on the ground floor.
We suggest renting a golf cart as the Pointe West community is golf cart friendly. Take a short drive over to the beach walkover or enjoy a relaxing drive exploring the community on one of the many golf cart paths. All ages will appreciate the serene, uncrowded beaches at Pointe West where no vehicles are allowed on the beach. Try the on-site restaurant and open-air bar, engage in a game of pickleball, cast a line at the fishing pier of the stocked fishing pond, or take home a souvenir from the Pointe West gift shop. For access to the Beach Club infinity pool, heated Sunset Pool with lazy river, hot tub, game room, basketball court, and fitness center wristbands can be purchased from the Beach Club.
WRISTBAND POLICY
The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West; this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West. Your reservation will allow you to receive a temporary band to enjoy this business amenity.
