Stunning sunsets and amazing water views of the lovely Assawoman Bay and Ocean City Skyline await you when you stay in our beautifully decorated 3-story home with wrap around decks on 2 floors. Located only 1.5 miles from the beach, there are 7 spacious bedrooms (5 master suites all with water views) and 6.5 baths (one with Jacuzzi) to accommodate your family and friends as well as an elevator and wireless internet. The main living area includes a well-stocked, designer, gourmet kitchen with eat in area, spacious dining room, (table seats 10) , two family rooms, study, gas fireplace, and wrap around deck; only hardwood, tile and granite are used throughout the home. Enjoy breath-taking sunsets from almost any room in the house. A community pool and boat ramp access is also available for your enjoyment! Parking for 7 cars and one 2-seater kayaks is also available for your use. Enjoy your vacation week with all the comforts of home while exploring all the summer fun Fenwick Island and Ocean City have to offer.

Perfect place for a large family

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The views in the evening from the western facing porches were stunning, the house accommodated our large family easily and was clean and wonderful. Only downside is that you can't use the firepit as a renter and the fridge in the garage is locked, so you'll need to get creative with coolers if you have a large family like ours (10 adults and 5 children). Despite those minor inconveniences, it's a wonderful place. There's even an elevator to make moving in and out very easy!

We Love this PROPERTY

This property is perfect for our extended family. We all love the BAY for kayaking, watching the sunset, and just enjoying the peacefulness of the BAY when it is calm. It is a quiet location with no thru traffic and at the same time it is close to the OCEAN (short drive) The porches are perfect for enjoying the outside, with a perfect view of the BAY or enjoying the OCEAN CITY sky line from the back porch. Accommodations inside are clean and modern with plenty of Bathrooms and an elevator for moving in/out. I would recommend this property and know you would enjoy it also. This place has it all. J and M

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was beautifully decorated with lots of beautiful views of the bay and canal. We were close to everything. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The sunsets were magnificent. Best house at the beach we ever stayed at. Plenty of room for 14 adults. The elevator was a godsend for moving luggage and groceries as well assisting our elderly mother in getting from floor to floor. We would rent this home again and highly recommend it to large families.

Beautiful home by the bay

We recently rented this beautiful home for our family vacation. The location in the private community was quiet and away from the busyness of Ocean City but yet not too far to enjoy what the city has to offer. Nearby are supermarkets, local produce stands, restaurants and package store/bars. The home is very spacious to accommodate a large family, we had 13 in our family and never felt like we lacked for space. We spent most of our time enjoying the sunrises and sunsets between the front and back decks. Kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities that you would expect. Home was decorated very tastefully with a beach theme. The owner was very accommodating and easily available to answer any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this home for your next family vacation. In fact we have already booked again for next year!

We were a group of 14 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The decks gave us beautiful views of sunrise and sunset with plenty of seating. The kitchen was fully equipped right down to a meat thermometer! Strongly recommend this property

The house was magnificent. Great location and perfect views of both sunrise and sunset. Nice community and pool. Minimal traffic. Superior accommodations. Would visit again. Only a mile from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Wonderful views

This property have breathtaking views of the sunset as well as the bay. It is wonderfully designed for families that love to spend time together but can take a solitude break from everyone. Also having an elevator in the property for the elderly and or family members that can't or struggle walking up stairs is a bonus

Beautiful home on the bay with amazing views and sunsets. Plenty of space for the whole extended family. Private boat ramp access and a couple of kayaks included. Great communication with the owners. Comfortable accommodations and centrally located between all the area boardwalks and beaches. Made for a great vacation! Would rent again!

Beautiful Bay Views!

We've been renting houses for a family getaway for ten years. This was one of the best. The view from the back toward Assawomen bay was spectacular. The house is roomy, well decorated and stocked with everything a family would need. It is centrally located - 1.5 mile drive to the beach and shops, restaurants within walking distance. The kayaks and bikes were a great plus. The owner email me upon arrival to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. I appreciated that gesture. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for family getaway

Our family visit to this home on the Bay, located in a quiet residential area, was an unforgettable experience! For those who wanted to relax, the balcony facing the Bay and wetlands was the sweet spot. The nearby swimming pool, the kayaks and bicycles at the house, catching crabs,miniature golf, go-carts, jet skis, trips to the ocean and the shops appealed to the fun-lovers in the group. The house was well-equipped with modern appliances, a/c that works and beautiful decor. The owners are great to work with. We highly recommend this lovely home with spacious bedrooms and private baths and many nooks for curling up with a book.

Most BEAUTIFUL bay house in the world!

I absolutely loved my time at this luxurious bay house. It has everything you could ever want or need right on the property, including an elevator!! It has enough bedrooms and space to sleep an entire extended family, and the beautiful glass windows make it seem as though you are literally sitting on the water. I will definitely go back again many times!

Summer 2011

The home was beautifully decorated with a beach theme. There was plenty of sitting for visiting as well as dining. Even with 15 people in the house there always seemed to be plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook and/or entertain. Most rooms have a beautiful view of the bay and/or city. Every bedroom has a bathroom attached which makes it nice for your privacy. There is plenty of space for everyone to be together or spread out. The surrounding area is quiet and nice to take walks and/or bike rides. Kayaking in the bay is just a few feet away. The beach is close enough to walk or ride a bike to. There are several restaurants within walking distance or you can take a boat or jet skis to the businesses. The electric hoist on the dock makes getting your boat/jet skis out of the water a breeze. Fenwick is a very cute area with everything you could imagine to do. Ocean City is only a few miles away. Outlet malls are approx 30 minutes away. We love the house and area. We will can't wait to get back!!! It was a great stay!!!!
