Situated across from the beach with stunning high-rise views this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom unit sleeps 8 and is perfect for family and friend retreats. The master bedroom has balcony views of the gulf, a king bed, smart TV, and a walk-in shower in the master bath connector. The second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a second bathroom adjacent from a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This unit has a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances perfect for cooking in. The living room completes the luxury experience with balcony access, a sleeper sofa and a 65-inch Nanocell smart TV making it the ideal spot for gatherings to unwind from a busy day of exploring. Calypso 1607 is located near the heart of Panama City Beach and close to shopping, dining, a pier for fishing and entertainment venues. Experience numerous amenities during your stay like access to Tower 3's pool with cabanas for rent, a tropical tiki bar, a café, a fitness center, and more!

Note: Calypso HOA charges a $60 per vehicle parking pass fee for up to 2 vehicles obtained online in advance. You will be sent a link to register your vehicles. Parking is as convenient as it gets in a large secure gated and lighted parking garage across the street

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great! Teenage kids close to activities was a huge plus. Only thing I could recommend is more bath towels. We had 5 towels for 6 girls.

The resort is nice and close to restaurants and shops, just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was clean but the living room furniture looked dirty. The dishwasher stopped working twice and communication with property manager is very slow. I was giving a complimentary late check out til noon due to slow communication with the repairs needed (dishwasher, closet light bulb, and tv with no signal) only to be woken up by staff and property managers calling at 9am and continuously up until 11am that we weren't approved to stay despite having a record of messaging that says otherwise.They need to get on the same page. I would definitely stay at the Calypso Resort again but not this unit because of the dirty living room furniture and lack of communication with property management and not with Emerald Destination.

The location is great being so close to Pier Park and having the ocean right across the street. The only negative take aways were the overall cleanliness of the condo, the walls appeared dirty, and the pull-out Sofa bed was to dirty to sleep on. We also received the wrong code to the pool and beach gate, thankfully the manager at the resort was able to give us the right code.

Great vacation

It was a great place to stay! It was in the middle of everything. Shopping and eating out was very close by. Great view of the pier! Only complaint was that it needed to be a little cleaner

Last trip to PCB

This room is nice and clean. It needs a new mattress in the main bedroom. The balcony furniture could be better also. We had lots of issues with our stay at the property, but not the property owners fault. I won’t go into details, but I’ll say that we will not be staying in PCB anymore.

Two Weeks

We’ve stayed in this bldg many times before we love the complex itself heated pool, hot tub, oversized balconies etc. the unit was great, next to Pier Park plus lots of shopping restaurants etc. had an issue with parking pass but owner took care of it immediately we would stay here again

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a great location and a beautiful place but when we walked in, there was a horrific smell that would not go away.Matinace gave us some lemon spray and plug ins freashers that did little to nothing.

Amazing, but...

First, the location and view are top notch. You can walk everywhere. Sunsets (when there's no fog) are spectacular, as well as the nightime view of the area. Dealing with the rental company was also a pleasant experience.The unit itself needs a lot of work, specially the cleanliness. The furniture's also worn and grimy. I didnt say anything about these because i booked a 7 week stay and had time to do deep cleaning - which i did. Overall, if im booking another long-term stay, then I'll pick this place. For shot term stays, I'd go for another unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bedrooms comforters were dirty and stains , There was blood stains on the inside of comforter in the master bedroom. In each room the remotes didn't work properly. The ice maker stop working.There was miscommunication and confusion getting parking passes. In the master bathroom shower there was no shelves to put soap on and there was no hooks to hang things on.

The bed covers in each bedroom was dirty, stained with spots and one had blood on it. No shelves in the bathroom shower to put soap on and no hooks to hang things on. Also the remotes in each room wasn't working properly. The ice maker stop working. There was miscommunication regarding the parking passes.

The location was just right, could walk or drive to many attractions and restaurants or just stay there and enjoy the wonderful pool and restaurant down stairs or hit the beach and ocean just across the street(great view from balcony). The condo was clean and had just enough space. The rental company got in touch to make sure everything was as expected but other than that they left us alone to enjoy our vacation. Altogether a very good experience.

Nice resort but dirty room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors in our condo were so dirty nobody could walk barefoot. Bottoms of feet would be black with dirt walking barefoot for 1 minute. Other than the room being dirty we loved the pool, the convenience of the store downstairs and the location to other things to do in town.

Amazing views

We were down during the air show and our balcony had a perfect view of the pier. It was very clean. Walking distance to Pier Park for lots of entertainment!!

Girls Trip

Let me start by saying that the place is beautiful! Amazing views! Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Only thing was the floors were real sandy and there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. We also never got the access code to the rental, no wrist bands, no codes to any of the gates such as pool access, gym, etc. our barcode to the garage didn’t work either so the parking garage attendant had to open the gate for us each time. Otherwise, it was great!

Stay was perfect

The stay was perfect with its location to Pier Park, the beach and other attractions. The view from the condo was directly towards the ocean though we were not on the ocean, we felt like we were. The condo was well appointed with a warm atmosphere in the condo. The pool and amenities on site were clean, newer, and well taken care of.
