Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo for a long weekend trip for a couple. No washer or dryer inside the condo which is my only complaint. Very clean and we loved the decor.

Property was just as listed, very clean, Friendly staff, great view from balcony. Lots Of amenities on site. Only problem with our stay was 2 elevators were down, causing long waits. Otherwise awesome place to stay

We had everything we needed for a lovely few days at the beach. Nice views, quiet and peaceful, nicely decorated, couldn’t ask for more.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good management company; unit stocked with starter supplies. However, the unit itself needs updating and the furniture needs to be replaced. Both the sofa and bed were very worn out and uncomfortable; very difficult to get restful sleep.

Upon check in we were pretty disappointed in the condition of our condo as there was so much mold throughout the entire space. Bathroom was covered in it, the pillows were covered in it. The floors left a black film on our feet within an hour of just moving around. The carpet was horribly matted and damp and we found a pill on the carpet which means to me that the floors either have never, or very rarely have been cleaned. All of the appliances worked fine. I understand this is an affordable place to stay but I do give warning to any individuals who are sensitive to mold because there is plenty of it.

The view

The property was just as described! Very clean well stocked kitchen. Being on the 20th floor was amazing!! The speedy elevators made it no problem! THE VIEW!! It’s like your in the ocean!! Will definitely stay again!

Amazing Condo with a Perfect View of the Ocean

Such a great experience. The condo is beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The view of the ocean is priceless from the condo’s balcony. The condo was extremely clean and very accessible. Takes less than five minutes to get down to the beach. Overall, I would give this condo a 10 out of 10. An amazing experience, and would book again whenever available. Also, the bed was very comfortable, such a bonus!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Dated condominium

Several issues. We didn’t receive email about parking process until after we went through the frustration of figuring it out. The condo was as described but the bathroom was very dated and needs some upgrades. We booked the condo for 2 weeks and the kitchen had the absolute minimum of cooking utensils. Utensils looked like they came from the dollar store. Our biggest issue was with the management company. We had some requests like the tv remote didn’t work, we needed clean towels and the safe was broken. It took about a week for them to get back to us. We had to go buy batteries for the tv remote. Lastly there were no printed instructions for emergency numbers or instructions about TV and just basic information. We will not stay at another condo that is managed by ECDI.

I want to start this off by saying the actual resort was beautiful. Great amenities and felt safe. Will rent directly from the actual resort again. Our condo from ECDI on the other hand was horrible. Started day one after check in the room was dirty sand on the floors stuff on kitchen cabinets. Then we realized there was mold all over the bathroom door. Contacted our host 3 times over the next 3 days with no response. At this point we needed towels and were told previously there was no laundry on grounds. Went to the front desk to ask for towels/if there was a laundry room somewhere and there was. Front desk said that everyone complains about ECDI’s customer service and room quality. The manager of the resort said they would try to contact our host to get this resolved (day 3 of no contact back). Someone came to our room later that night with more towels and to clean up the mold, but we were never told anyone was coming. So if we hadn’t have run into her in the hallway she would have just went into our room without a warning or our knowledge. Someone finally contacted us back day 4 saying “yes we can bring some extra towels up and I will have someone come spray and clean that off the door. Does tomorrow morning work for you?” After someone had already came. I was just going to let it go then received 3 email since we checked out asking for a 5 star review. Stating if we gave them a good review we would receive a % off our next booking. Would not recommend them at all horrible

Non-responsive management

EVERY night after 11pm and EVERY morning starting at 6am the walls would shake with the extremely LOUD noise resembling a locomotive or cruise ship horn. When we reported it a maintenance man dropped in and said there was nothing they could do as the noise was the Result of another unit’s bad pipes and they couldn’t do anything about it other than report it to the HOA.. we had absolutely no peaceful possession of this rental and did not get an uninterrupted night of sleep as the result. I requested either a late checkout or a refund of at least one night for all of this, which was denied. The beach was fine. The overall building and parking was good. The condo was unacceptable. We are disappointed

Nice and clean

Room was nice and clean but the mattress needs to be replaced, we ended up buying a memory foam topper to put on it and that helped some. It also had issues with a loud horn like noise coming from the water pipes? It also had a leak in the bathroom that they were working on fixing. Overall it was a nice room.

There are 2 doors to the condo that we were unaware of and did not have a code for. The neighbors ended up giving us the code. The bed was our biggest complaint. So uncomfortable and had humps in it. Unit was somewhat clean. However everything else was perfect 👌 we loved the resort!

The location was perfect. Overall cleanliness of the property was decent but the room itself needed some tidying up. The floors needed swept and the comforter on the bed was definitely not clean and hasn’t been for a while. The bed was the worst part about the stay. The headboard wasn’t properly attached and the mattress was like laying on cardboard. I would think the money that is made on these condos there would be a much better bed. Also the listing says towels and wash clothes are furnished but there was only enough for 2 days. With this said, we would stay here again, but we will ask more questions about the next condo before we pay.

Very dirty

The condo is beautiful with a beautiful view. BUT it’s sooo dirty . Everything was so dirty. The bathroom floor smelled like pee and a email was sent to condo management within the 4 hour (check in) timeline they give you to complain. They just need a new housekeeper or they need to do better at cleaning!

Really nice room

The room was just like the listing. The pictures matched the room. It's on the 20th floor and the view is super nice. The bed was alright to me but my partner didn't feel comfortable at first. He had to get used to it. It was clean and cozy. Bring extra necessities like tissue and paper towels because only one each was provided. Only thing that may need attention was the bathroom door doesn't stay closed. Overall I would recommend.
