From morning coffee in the sunny reading nook to s’mores around the firepit under the stars, this retreat offers comfort, charm, and a true home-away-from-home feel—just minutes from downtown Galena.

Spring and summer guests can take advantage of everything the season offers—scenic hiking and biking trails throughout The Galena Territory, golfing at some prestigious courses, kayaking on Lake Galena, horseback riding right down the road, and charming downtown strolls filled with shopping, wine tastings, and dining.

BEDROOMS:

• Master Bedroom: Queen bed, located upstairs with adjacent full bath
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, located on the lower level with direct patio access
• Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Futon in sun room and pull-out sofa in game room

KITCHEN & DINING:

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a coffee station, and a wine fridge in the downstairs wine/reading room. Enjoy your morning coffee with the drip machine upstairs or Keurig downstairs—coffee is provided because we know for some – it’s a necessity 😉 .

The open-concept kitchen/dining/living area makes entertaining and mealtime easy, with access to the patio for dining al fresco among blooming trees and peaceful wooded surroundings.

🌿 OUTDOOR LIVING – Nearly 2 Acres to Explore

Set on almost 2 private acres, the property features three outdoor dining areas, a spacious patio, wooded views, and plenty of room to unwind.

OUTDOOR GRILL:

A propane grill is available for guest use. Propane is provided, and guests are kindly asked to clean the grill after use.

🔥 GRILLS & LP TANKS:
Our owners generously provide grills at no cost. However, full LP tanks aren’t guaranteed. We do our best to make sure there’s at least 1/3 of a tank ready for you. If you need more, refills or exchanges are up to you.

Thanks to our wonderful property owners and amazing guests, our homes stay pretty booked—which means our rockstar cleaning crew has a 5-hour window between stays.

If flexibility opens up, we’ll let you know! Otherwise, consider booking the night before or after for extra ease.
